This will be my first and absolute last experience with these people. I dropped off 14 items to the store, which were promised for pickup in 7 days (which seems an inordinate amount of time in the first place). These garments were to make up my wardrobe for a vacation beginning the following day. I was appalled and shocked to find that the store decided to close early at 3 (the receipt states that they close at 7pm), which will require me to spend the first day of vacation (and a great deal of money) shopping for an entire wardrobe of summer clothes to replace the ones being held hostage by Caskey. I have been doing business with Caskey Cleaning Co. for the last 16 years. They offer a real value while still providing their services not only in a timely manor, but in a pleasant positive manor as well. I can completely depend on the information or instructions that management gives me no matter what they are addressing. I plan to continue doing business with them for many years to come. I used to live in German Village but now live in Clintonville but still travel down to Caskey's for my dry cleaning. The customer service is great and the quality is the best I've ever had in dry cleaning and shirt launder & press. more

I love this Place, they do an excellent job taking care of your clothes, and they will help take care of any problems that may occur. I recommed this palce to any one Pros: Customer service Cons: hard to find more

Reasonable prices 9/15/2005

I've been taking my dry cleaning to them for the past couple of months. Once, one of my tops have been returned to me with a stain still visible. When I pointed this out to the associate he took the sweater back to the back and when he returned the stain was gone! They offer convenient hours from 6a to 6or 7p during the week. Coupons are available in the Entertainment book! more

The Biggest and the best in town 6/25/2005

This is absolutely the best dry cleaners in the central Ohio area hands down! I've not found anywhere that is cheaper. It may be a bit out of the way but it is more than worth the drive. It is a huge place and very busy. You should allow at least one week for pick-up. They do have rush service but obviously that is more. Great place that does a great job that has been around for years more
