We have two big dogs so we have a lot of mud and other unmentionables - but almost every stain came out. The customer service was excellent - I could not have been happier with the result. We had our carpet cleaned today by Carpet DryClean. Victor and Jose did an excellent job and will definately request them again. Our dog had had an accident all over the carpet and had left some nice spots on our floors. We did not want the baby crawling over it even after we cleaned, it did not feel clean. Our carpets now look and feel clean. I would totally let the baby crawl everywhere now. Also since it is organic I feel safe with the dog and baby being on the carpets right after the cleaning. It was very nice getting the quote upfront which was in the range of the phone quote. The whole visit was very professional and remarkably quick for the areas that were cleaned. This is the second time that Carpet Dryclean has cleaned our carpets, and once again, they did a fantastic job. Our appointment time was between 2 pm and 4 pm. The team arrived at almost exactly 2:00 pm. I?m a nut about people being late, so I really appreciate the effort it takes to be on time! This time, we not only had our carpets cleaned, we also had our tan and brown sofa cleaned. Elmer and his co-worker did a very thorough, detailed job. The sofa is about five years old, but it looks brand new! We live in an apartment, so the carpets aren?t the greatest quality (and we have pets), but Elmer has them looking like they were just installed. \r \r I highly recommend the entire Carpet Dryclean team. The office staff is always courteous, and because I was a returning customer, they immediately pulled up my information and verified last year?s service and asked if there was anything else I wanted done this time. Just as advertised. Most spots came completely out...only the very worst ones remained, and those came out with additional treatment. The staff was very friendly, and they were done in just over 1hr. The cleaner leaves a bit of a strong smell for the first few hours after treatment, so even though the carpets are left dry, you may want to find some errands to run once the cleaning is finished to let the home air out a bit. For set-in stains, there's no guarantee that they will be completely taken care of. That said, the overall appearance of the carpets is great! Pros: Friendly staff, on time, great work. Cons: Strong smell left by cleaner for a few hours, some spot stains remain. more

Just had my carpets cleaned by Carpet Dryclean and they are WONDERFUL! No ""surprise"" prices or last minute gimmicks and Ferdi was fantastic, so personable and helpful! I am very grateful and completely impressed by the carpet drycleaning job and customer service provided by Carpet Drycleaners. I had multiple stains and general wear-and-tear of my living room carpet. Miguel Polo did a great job explaining the cleaning process, providing me a demonstration before he got started, how I could help keep the carpet clean in the future, and did a fabulous job cleaning the carpet. It had been way too long since I had my carpets cleaned. I have 3.5 year old twins who had dripped and spilled a little of everything on the carpet, as well as a very hairy golden retriever and a cat. The guys from Carpet DryClean were very professional and even gave me a demonstration of their service before they began since I am a new costumer. They cleaned all of the carpet in my home as well as the furniture, so it was a big job. Everything looks beautiful. They vaccumed each room at least 3 times to make sure they left it spotless. Even better the products they use are environmentally friendly--no masks or gloves needed, we can still live in our house while they are here cleaning. Also there were maybe a few damp places but nothing was wet, our entire house, including the furniture was usable right away. After they were done, they offered the option of buying a tub the cleaner they use, and they will refill it at no cost each time they return. The price was very competitive considering the higher quality of products they use and the convenience of not having to deal with a wet house for 24 hours like you would with steam cleaning. I've used Carpet Dryclean once a year for the past three years. I can usually get an appointment within a few days of calling them. They arrive on time and they are professional to deal with. In the past I've used Stanley Steemer - they are pretty good but the carpet has to dry out for about 3-4 hours minimum before you can rearrange the furniture. With Carpet Dryclean, once they are finished the carpet is ready to use.\r \r The white powder they use for cleaning does a great job on stains. They will leave a tub with you for spot cleaning - it's great for auto carpets too (gets out coffee stains etc.).\r \r Their prices are competitive and I recommend them highly. Our experience with Carpet Dryclean was professional from start to finish. We have several young children in the house, so our carpets have a few stains and we wanted a process that would not leave harmful fumes or chemicals in the house. Their website gave us lots of useful information and the representatives also offered additional details when we called to schedule. They arrived promptly, did a demonstration to be sure that we were satisfied, and then cleaned the carpets. Since we have a berber carpet, many cleaning systems have not been effective, but I could see the improvement in the carpets immediately with the Carpet Dryclean method. 1/14/09 Best carpet cleaning in the triangle!!! I haven't had my carpets done in awhile and had them come out yesterday. My upstairs carpet is 20yrs old, and everytime they come they look practically new. I am so pleased with them. I usually have my carpets done at least once a year, sometimes the downstairs I have done twice. They are always on time and move the furniture for you and put it back. Everyone I have ever had has been friendly and always giving me the best deal for my money. They are definately worth the price you pay, which is also very reasonable. I get a free container of the dry powder everytime they come too. Accidents do happen so that is very handy. I can't say enough about them. Carpet Dry Clean is their name! Remember it.
