It had been way too long since I had my carpets cleaned. I have 3.5 year old twins who had dripped and spilled a little of everything on the carpet, as well as a very hairy golden retriever and a cat. The guys from Carpet DryClean were very professional and even gave me a demonstration of their service before they began since I am a new costumer. They cleaned all of the carpet in my home as well as the furniture, so it was a big job. Everything looks beautiful. They vaccumed each room at least 3 times to make sure they left it spotless. Even better the products they use are environmentally friendly--no masks or gloves needed, we can still live in our house while they are here cleaning. Also there were maybe a few damp places but nothing was wet, our entire house, including the furniture was usable right away. After they were done, they offered the option of buying a tub the cleaner they use, and they will refill it at no cost each time they return. The price was very competitive considering the higher quality of products they use and the convenience of not having to deal with a wet house for 24 hours like you would with steam cleaning. I will use them again in the future. :)
Pros: high quality ""green"" cleaning product, easy to get quick service, very clean carpets, no wet carpet or furniture, perks such as the free refill of their cleaner and coupons on their website
Cons: very slightly more expensive than your average steam cleaning service
