Excellent service and polite workers. Arrived on time, did great work; completed the job in great time and cost was exactly as quoted. Our carpet is nearly 12 years old and small dogs live in our house. Even 2 spots we could not identify are now gone! Will use again in six months. I was very skeptical about this company, particularly since I was a victim of a bait-and-switch carpet company that was sued by the NC Attorney General's office last year. But they were upfront about the fact that they weren't a bait-and-switch company, and the over-the-phone quote was very close to the actual quote. The cleaning material used to clean the carpet was quite potent in its aroma, but it got up about 99% of the stains in the floor. Since the carpet is in a house that I rent out, I had no idea what kind of stains they were, but the guys who came to clean did a great job in getting out virtually all the stains. The ones that remain are barely visible. My only gripes were 1) the $20 bucket of powder that they tried to sell me, 2) that the stuff gets all over the place and you have to vacuum really well to get rid of the residue; and 3) I was told on the phone that the price was 26 to 28 cents/square foot. The technician said that I was getting a deal at 28 cents/square foot (it's supposedly 35 cents/sq ft), but never said what the difference was in price. Seeing as the house was empty, I thought that the price should have been lower. Overall, I'm pleased with the work that was done. Pros: Product worked very well Cons: Price more

I read the reviews. I asked people I knew who had used the service. It was even better than expected. Miguel and his crew were polite, professional and quick!! It wasn't the least expensive, but certainly much better than any other service I have used. My carpets look almost new! I am a skeptic by nature, and I would recommend this to anyone I know. Moved all furniture, finished two large rooms in about 90 minutes. Carpet was dry, house had a slight ""dry clean"" feel on the skin for a few hours, but no big deal. Carpet looked like new, with no traffic paths, stains, or compressed areas. Some hard stains (dark varnish on white carpet) were gone. Guys were courteous, came on time, left a big bucket of the cleaning material for touch-ups, and priced per square foot. Not the cheapest, but then again they did more than just spread dirty water around to a uniform gray and leave everything soaked and soapy like the cheap companies. No question ... This is the best carpet cleaning job I have ever had done. The work was thorough, and effective. The two men were courteous and able to talk about how their product works. I saw their ad in the yellow pages, and the draw for me to inquire more was the fact that they use organic/non-toxic products to clean carpets. I was doubly pleased to know that they do not use huge amounts of hot water to clean carpets, and that the carpets are dry by the time they are finished with the job. We had several stains, some from pet accidents, and the majority of the spots came up. Those that didn't disappear completely were ones that had been there for awhile. The two young men were very courteous, knowledgeable about the cleaning process, and very efficient and thorough. I am confident that I will be calling them again for our next carpet cleaning. more

These guys came in on time, cleaned effeciently, were extremely polite, listened to my concerns and needs and got out. The whole process was pretty quick and there was no nasty smell or wet carpet to deal with. I recommend this service. more

I had some major coffee stains on my carpet (I keep my toddler grandson who just last week ""found"" my coffee cup!) along with general traffic spots. The rugs look like new now! Carlos was professional and very thorough. I have nothing but praise for the whole process, which is organic and dry. I have never used the dry cleaning method before, only have used the do-it-yourself steam way. Was totally amazed at how much better and newer looking the carpet looks. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled and within 90 minutes the job was complete with no drying time. Very pleased with the results! more

We've used Carpet Dryclean routinely over the last few years. Though it had been many months since the last cleaning, we were amazed at how new the carpets looked. All of the stains (primarily kid-related) were gone! They were quick too....just 2 hours to do our entire upstairs, two sets of stairs and an area rub downstairs. Only word of advice is that the fumes are strong, so open windows and choose to leave the house for a few hours after the cleaning. more

I had my carpets cleaned with Carpet Dryclean, and I am very impressed with some of the stains they were able to get out. Overall, my carpets weren't very dirty to begin with...I just had some problem spots. Although they couldn't completely get them out (which they were upfront about before trying), they are hardly noticeable anymore. The carpet looks great and is dry. Very, very nice people to work with. They'll quote you a price before beginning. I thought it was a bit expensive and will certainly wait until my carpets are a little dirtier before having them cleaned again. These guys are great. I cannot believe they were able to get my carpets & rugs clean. They needed cleaning badly. I must admit it's been a long time since they were cleaned. I usually have my carpets clean by water, but a friend of mine recommended this company for drycleaning and I'm glad she did. The carpet is clean and the spots are gone. It smells good and the carpet is dry so I can walk on it and put everything back. \r \r But I had asked for some of the Pet Mess product and this fact was even on the invoice as a special note but the technician did not have any on his truck and tried to convince me to buy a bucket of the regular SpotLess. According the their website, the pet product has a pet deterrant in it which I mentioned but was told by the technician they were pretty much the same product. I opted to wait until some other time to try the Pet Mess and did not buy the regular product. \r \r Also, the appointment was scheduled from 2-4 PM on a Saturday and I was called at least twice during the morning to see if they could come earlier because of other cancellations. I appreciate that they are trying to be efficient with their scheduling but Saturdays are busy days and I told them when they called the first time that I had other plans for the morning and 2-4 was the time I was planning for them to come to my house. I really did not appreciate being called more than once. \r \r Having a minimum charge of $99 is not helpful for someone who does not have a lot of carpeted space. I ended up paying for more than I was due square footwise because I only had a hallway and bedroom that needed to be cleaned. We added a rug but it was still less than the square footage that would equal the $99 charge. It's nice to have an internet coupon but it is only for $150 cleanings. It would help to have a lower minimum charge or another internet coupon like $15 off for a $99 visit for those of us who need less and still want to get a good price. more

Carpet Dryclean did a wonderful job getting the stains out of my carpet. Like other customers, I had used the steam cleaning method and would have to wait HOURS to walk on the carpet. With Carpet Dryclean, no drying time and my home had a pleasant, clean smell. I would highly recommend these guys! Friendly, professional and courteous staff; Carpet Dryclean is the only one for me!
