I had some major coffee stains on my carpet (I keep my toddler grandson who just last week ""found"" my coffee cup!) along with general traffic spots. The rugs look like new now! Carlos was professional and very thorough. I have nothing but praise for the whole process, which is organic and dry. And I would highly recommend this company, and Carlos.\r
I will call them in about a year when my carpets need an ""updo""! Thanks for such good service guys!\r
