Don't care about their customers. 7/23/2007

I called and asked for a quote on a simple carpet repair job. They were very happy to help but wouldn't give a me a quote over the phone, so we set up a time to meet. I waited at the location for over an hour, and no one came or answered their telephones. I guess they had better things to do. more
