Highly recommended carpet cleaner 1/10/2011

My mom was telling me she got her carpet cleaned by Carpet Cleaning Orlando last Monday. She recommended me to use a certain technician that came out. So I called Carpet Cleaning Orlando and scheduled a time for them to come out. When the guy came out, he was well dressed, wearing the company polo shirt, and the technician was very kind and did a good job. I wanted to see if they could actually get rid of my cat?s odor. So amazed after the cleaning was done and they sprayed some chemical to get rid of this strong odor, amazingly I was so shocked that my carpet was so cleaned and the odor was gone. I?m still amazed from the work Carpet Cleaning Orlando did, I had to call my mom and thank her for recommending me to this company. more

Use professional carpet carpet cleaners! 11/30/2010

I rented a Rug doctor machine from Publix. I spent 60 bucks on the machine rental and cleaning products I needed. It took me 6 hours to clean the 3 rooms and I drove back to the store. Because of the low power of the machine it left lots of water behind. It took 4 days for my carpet to fully dry and when it dried every spot I spent six hours cleaning came back and looked worse than before. I hired Carpet Cleaning Orlando to reclean the three rooms for 99 dollars. The dried in four hours and none of the stains came back. I wasted 6 hours cleaning and $60 of my money not to mention the inconvience of hauling the machine back in forth. It would have save me time and money not to mention I could have damaged my carpet permanently by over wetting it. more

Excellent quality carpet cleaning 11/30/2010

My mom hired Carpet Cleaning Orlando to clean her upholstery and area rugs. She used them for her home to clean the carpet and was satisfied so we gave them a try. We were satisfied and surprised at the quality of the service we received for the price. We paid double for the same exact service from another carpet cleaner last year. Great deals on tile and grout cleaning and sealing 11/29/2010

A word to the wise make sure when cleaning your tile you have the tile grout resealed. It is a complete waste of money if you don?t have the tile properly resealed after cleaning. Last year I had a cleaning done and after 4 months the tile looked worse than it did before the cleaning. This year I had Carpet cleaning Orlando do the cleaning and sealing ( they only offer the process that included sealing) and the tile still is perfectly clean after 3 months. They said it would last most likely 2 years before I would have to have it do it again. Carpet Cleaning Orlando cares about the work they do and customers they do it for. Major difference in customer service, follow up and professionalism from the firm we hired last time. more

Carpet Cleaning Orlando is the most professional carpet cleaning outfit I have ever had do work for me. They cleaned my mother and sisters house a few months ago and they both just ranted and raved about how good they were. I had them clean my upstairs 4 bedrooms, hallway and a set of stairs. The carpet looked wonderful, they had treated and removed lots of stains, they used a residue free cleaning process and protected the carpet with Teflon protector. Great carpet cleaning services 11/6/2010

A renter that was not to have pets per his lease agreement decided to have 4 dogs in our small townhouse he rented from us. We have white burber carpet in the entire place including the stairs. The carpet in my opinion was ruined but the cleaning lady that came from molly maid gave me a card for Carpet Cleaning Orlando and said they are the best carpet cleaning company in the area and she thought they could bring the carpet back to life. I contacted Jim at Carpet Cleaning Orlando and we set up an appointment for the next day. Team 7 Bill and Jackie came and cleaned the carpet back to the original white color. Very Very professional carpet cleaning service 11/2/2010

I run a home daycare and have the carpet cleaned every month. Last month we used Carpet Cleaning Orlando. It was an astonishing difference in the cleaning we received. First of all they got out stains that for years other carpet cleaners had been telling me they were permanent. Also I noticed that when other cleaner did the carpet cleaning job several days later spots would re appear with Carpet Cleaning Orlando?s process nothing came back at all! The carpet cleaning included more stuff, the price was lower, here it is six week later and the carpet still looks pretty clean. Now I don?t have to get the carpet cleaned every month , I could get them cleaned every two months thanks to Carpet Cleaning Orlando. more

Carpet and Upholstery cleaned and smelling good 10/17/2010

Hey, my name's Lance and I've recently had a need for carpet cleaning in my house. Problem was, my son got home everyday after basketball practice and found our living room couch the perfect place to catch his breath. Well, the sweat and body odor got our upholstery completely soaked and the smell just wouldn't leave. I looked up Carpet Cleaning Orlando and called. They came over right on time and using some kind of truck mounted carpet cleaning machine they managed to get all the smell out of my upholstery. Great at spots and bad stains 10/13/2010

We had a major Mexican food spillage after a folding table collapsed at our Labor Day party this year. We hired Carpet Cleaning Orlando off the Angies list. They seemed be the most qualified company that still had a reasonable prices. We were not sure how it was going to turn out but we took a shot anyway. The carpet cleaning team show up and evaluated the circumstance and gave me price of $100. They claimed they could make it like new again. For $100 why not see right? Great at pet carpet cleaning 10/4/2010

I ordered 8 rooms of the extreme pet service carpet cleaning package that Carpet cleaning Orlando offers. My dog used our entire house as a bathroom. The smell had gotten to the point that it was like hitting a brick wall of odor when you walk into my house. The transformation was unbelievable. I was no longer embarrassed to have my friends over. Giving credit where credit's due 10/3/2010

I?m not a review writer because I feel that if a company advertises a service and charged for it, it should be done correctly and no extra credit should be given for doing the job you pay for. This was not the case with Carpet Cleaning Orlando I am recognizing their service because they went well about what was expected of them. They answer the phone instead of a machine. Carpet Cleaning Orlando when out of their way to get us an afterhour?s appointment over the weekend for no additional charge at the last minute. The team was on time and professional. They moved things that they were not required moving to clean under items for the sake of getting up stains that other companies over the years told me would never come out. The carpets dried fast, and the technicians called back the next day for a follow up to make sure I was happy after the carpet dried. more
