The technicians were very flexible, and although I was 15 minutes late to the appointment, they were very understanding and friendly. They inspected every room, hall, and staircase with me before they actually began the work. 4 of the rooms had to be stretched, and everything had to be deep steam cleaned. They worked very efficiently and quickly, but were very detail-oriented with their work. The carpet wrinkles are gone, and the carpet is clean, fresh, and ready for us to move in!
