A word to the wise make sure when cleaning your tile you have the tile grout resealed. It is a complete waste of money if you don?t have the tile properly resealed after cleaning. Last year I had a cleaning done and after 4 months the tile looked worse than it did before the cleaning. This year I had Carpet cleaning Orlando do the cleaning and sealing ( they only offer the process that included sealing) and the tile still is perfectly clean after 3 months. They said it would last most likely 2 years before I would have to have it do it again. Carpet Cleaning Orlando cares about the work they do and customers they do it for. Major difference in customer service, follow up and professionalism from the firm we hired last time.
