The guys installed central air and a new furnace for us today. Very professional and helpful. We were very appreciative of the great job they did for us.

Worst

I did my research in a part that was needed the part was 300$ end up paying over 1100$ I know they have to make some profit but 4x the amount never again will I use them

I found Capital Heating & Cooling in the Yellow Pages. I a have plan with them, so, on a yearly basis a technician will come out to service and provide maintenance on my furnace and AC unit. I don't have to make any calls - they call me. The technicians are very professional, very nice and very helpful. more

I was happy that it was able to be done on short notice 8/9/2016

Everybody from Capital Heating & Cooling was really friendly, and I was really glad the work was done the way it was done. The heat element on my furnace broke and when I had their representative come over, I found out that the whole furnace needed to be replaced--and that's what I had done. The people I met, I liked them all. We had discussed the options and the price and then, about a week later, the furnace completely stopped working. I called them on Thursday and they asked if I could pay half on Friday, which I did. They had people working on Saturday to install it, and then I paid the rest. I liked that they were able to come in two days to put in a new furnace because I was without heat. During the installation the supervisor, the installer, and also the electrician came. I was very happy that they were able to make it on a Saturday. And, the price was comparable to everything else and other quotes; the price was good and it came with a warranty. The men from Capital Heating & Cooling were really friendly and answered my questions, and the supervisor was really nice. more

They were absolutely fantastic 8/5/2016

I just have to say that the people over at Capital Heating & Cooling were absolutely fantastic. They were so quick to respond to my call and they got someone out very quickly as well. The technician that they sent out was amazing and he took care of everything so quickly I was amazed. There have been no more problems since he worked his magic and that is why I gave these guys five stars across the board. They are so great! more

Prompt to Respond 8/3/2016

The original furnace that I got from Capital Heating & Cooling failed on me so I contacted them. Anytime I call them they respond back quickly and usually come out the same day. The technicians tried to figure out the problem - they even listened to me and tried tried some of my suggestions. Nevertheless, the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. However, since they weren't able to locate the problem they replaced my furnace unit and now I have no issues and everything is working just fine. more

Great maintenance and workers. 7/11/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling just did some routine maintenance for us on our heating and air units. They showed up on time got straight to work and finished up really quickly. I would definitely recommend them to others. The staff and workers are very polite and easy to get in touch with and schedule with. more

Very professional and courteous 6/30/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling were able to answer all of my questions. They came out and did an AC check and some water heater maintenance. Everything turned out to my liking. I have had them a few times and every time they are on time. Also, the technicians are happy and not grumpy. I would recommend them to any one. Very happy! more

Good work, but they want sales. 6/23/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling in my opinion have a habit of pushing the up sales, mostly stuff that I don't think I really need. That's the biggest thing for me, I don't want to feel like I am being sold on something. The work was fine, it was mostly preventive maintenance. However 200 dollars to change the belt because they recommended it seems a bit steep to me. more

Great service and staff. 6/21/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling installed two furnaces and two AC units and they did some cleaning of the furnaces. They were very professional and showed up on time and were very easy to work with. professional, hard working. 6/7/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling has been very good to us. We use them primarily for maintenance on our air and heating units. I also believe they may have done the install on the heating unit, but I am not positive. Since we have been using them they show up on time and are just a very professional company with professional, hard-working employees. I would have no problems recommending them to other people. My experience has been positive 6/6/2016

Capital Heating & Cooling comes on time, performs the tasks in reasonable amounts of time, and cleans up after themselves. I have used them for a couple years, and they know what they are doing and interact with me very positively. I just have a positive experience with them. Most recently, they took my air conditioner because it is coming into summer--so they did a tune-up on it and everything turned out fine. They explain everything to me and normally do call me when it is time to tune up the air conditioner and furnace. I also like that it is easy to book an appointment with them, and the girl who does the calling is friendly. She makes you feel as if they care about the services they will provide. more

I usually don't have nice things to say about a company but Capital Heating & Cooling have really done what I've need them to do. I've ran a rental property for quite some time and I always struggled to find someone to come in and do work correctly. I had several repairs and usually, it seems to be temporary fixed but I lived there for a while and a lot of it happened while I was occupying the space. I moved away, I've been away for at least 6 or 7 years so I've been managing this remotely. Some way or another, I stumbled across this company right when they first opened about 4 years ago. I got a hold of the owner, I think his name is Jason and they were starting out and they went out and helped me out and they did a great job. They are very responsive and communicative about any questions I may have as we go along. They answer the phone nicely, they are very easy to talk and understanding. I am set-up in a plan with them that has them come out annually and I don't usually do that, but I trust them enough that I hired them to come out once a year. more

Very pleased with service. 5/4/2016

First of all we bought a house that was totally renovated and Capital Heating & Cooling put in a all new HVAC system in the house, installation was a breeze and working with them was very easy. We also use them for our annual maintenance and they are very prompt and very courteous. We have been very happy with the service for over a year now. I would definitely recommend them. more

Well the last thing Capital Heating & Cooling did here was replace the original furnace that we had here at the home with a replacement and they did a good job on the installing and the furnace has been working fine since they were here. I would definitely use them again, they showed up on time and were very polite, friendly and made sure to let us know what was going on. more

New furnace and A/C 3/28/2016

Our furnace was about 13 years old and it had required service last year twice. I felt it was time to replace both units. We made an appointment and had Jason from Capital come out on a Friday at 5:30 He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt bad about him working so late. He gave me 3 options to go over with my wife. I was able to email all documents needed as he works Saturday also. By 1:30 Saturday afternoon scheduling called us to ask if Monday was okay.Their install techs were on time as promised and by Monday afternoon they were all finished. They walked us through everything and we're very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend you give Capital a try. They don't waste your time. We are very satisfied! more

The Capital Heating & Cooling serviceman was very polite and explained the issues to me. They came out to do the yearly maintenance and checked the furnace and the air conditioning unit. We have been going to them for less than a year, and we would continue to use their service. more

The furnace team and duct cleaning crew were all very professional, courteous, and articulate. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and both crews did a great job of answering questions. When the jobs were completed, everything was cleaned and returned to normal. more

A Trustworthy Company - Provides Excellent Services 3/21/2016

I found about Capital Heating & Cooling from online reviews which were really good so we decided to go with them. Every season they come out to check out my furnace and AC unit to be sure that everything is working properly and up to code. They are perfect at keeping their appointments and for being on time. The prices are good. I like the fact that thy offer at least 3 different kinds of financing programs which makes it easy and affordable to use them. You can earn points which can be used towards service credit. The workers at Capital Heating & Cooling are very professional and trustworthy - I've never felt like they were trying to up sell me. Their crew works very hard and diligently; on one occasion they worked well into the night with a flashlight to fix the issues at my home. I highly recommend them for all the above plus they're available 7 days a week anytime you need them. more
