The guys installed central air and a new furnace for us today. Very professional and helpful. We were very appreciative of the great job they did for us.

Worst

I did my research in a part that was needed the part was 300$ end up paying over 1100$ I know they have to make some profit but 4x the amount never again will I use them

Pete came to our house to service our air conditioner. He put down a mat outside our house to wipe his feet on, and then he used booties when he walked through our house. He worked efficiently to... 5/7/2015

He serviced the air conditioner in the attic and outside the house. He answered all our questions and gave good explanations. At the same time we had questions about our furnace and he made suggestions in that regard also. more

Kept our house clean and tidy as they worked. Did just amazing work, exceeding what they told us they could and would do. Very nice people to work with and I would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs the kind of service they perform. While our job was a bit out of the ordinary, they just did exceptional work!!! The truck arrived. It's a lot of work for them to set it up. The gentleman providing the service was very nice , neat, clean, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. I thought he was done in no time. He did a very good job. He always had his feet floor, protection on , when needed. People are very uneducated on how dirty the air, and the air ducts in their home can be. If you or any on in your home has allergies, or breathing problems, this service is a need and is worth every penny. I have allergies and I started breathing better that same day. I highly recommend this service to any one. You can pay less else where and you will get a lot less. Thank you, Capital Heating and Cooling. more

Mike D arrived on time, explained all the work he was there to do (inspect/tune/clean boiler), once completed he described everything he did and additional work he recommended for next time, when he was done he cleaned up and went over the invoice with me. more

I did call the same day to say how wonderful Paul was... efficient .very thorough. the pictures were fabulous of the before and after... I did already give referrals to some of my friends and I was called after being put on a waiting list and got my furnace ducts taken care of the very same afternoon excellent excellent service!! more

I've had Capital do work at my home for several years and have found them to be an outstanding company in every respect. They are thorough and accurate in estimating, and repair things that can be repaired versus just replacing things because it may be easier. I feel that I've been given excellent value both in the work done as well as the follow-through from customer service. I would recommend Capital to anyone who needs work done. more

Duct Cleaning 4/7/2015

Service technitian was very friendly and professional. Our ducts were extremely dirty and we had already had another company come clean them, but they did a terrible job. Capital H&C did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts, and provided before/after pictures. Their pricing was reasonable and their service was excellent!!! more

YES - carpet was clean before and after visit 3/30/2015

All work was done to my satisfaction. I had to work so my brother met the tech and let him in the home. I received a call at work to approve entrance and received another call to approve the work once a solution to the problem was determined. When they left, my carpet was spotless. Thanks for wearing protective shoe coverings and getting my approval before doing the work. more

Good and Honest. 3/23/2015

I have been using Capital Heating & Cooling to be the maintenance company for my furnace and they are great. They arrive when they say they are going to be here and do their maintenance review in a quick amount of time. Whenever it needs repairs, they are great about getting them in a fashionable amount of time. Simply put, they are an honest company, that cleans up after themselves, and I don't feel like they are trying to $@!#% me around into purchasing things I don't need. The costs are reasonable and I really recommend them. more

unit did not work as sold 3/16/2015

I bought this air conditioner because they said it would not sweat in winter , and I would not have to take vents off the cielings and plug up with foam . Big lie! We had them out here two times ,and 3 phone calls . the unit runs all the time and blows cold air in house during winter . 6000.00 and I might as well kept my old unit and been better off . they have not made any effort to contact me since last fall , when I noticed unit was blowing cold air from the unit in attic . I would not recomend this company. more

Service received as sold 3/13/2015

Capital Heating & Cooling March 13, 2015 Our furnace duct cleaning was completed by Paul Kickhaber. He is a fine young man. Paul arrived on time and works well alone, is organized, and completes his tasks by putting the house back the way he found it. Paul was clean and respected our property. I inspected the supply and return pipes and airways which were very clean. The only regret Darlene had was the lack of a set of ‘before and after’ pictures. Paul did down load a few pictures from his phone which were hit and miss. Our neighbors and relatives were interested and we thought we would get a set of pictures for ‘Show and Tell’. It is a great marketing tool. I was in sales and word of mouth sales out numbered advertised or cold calls. We want to thank Paul for a job professionally done. Darlene E. & King P. Coles, Sr. more

I called on a Saturday in February. I was shocked that someone answered the phone. They sent someone out within 45 minutes. Mike took extra time and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use Capital again. more
