Dear Camperrentalusa crew , Just wanted to send a quick note about how much we enjoyed our trip to Colorado, and especially choosing to tour around by RV instead of hotel-ing it. ...

Best RV Rental place in Ventura County 11/7/2012

We like to thank the staff from Camperrentalsusa for there great service , never rented before and the staff took alle the time we neede to make us aware off all the ins and outs , we started with 24'' Sunseekr class C what was perfect , next time we will rent the 30'' with bedroom in the back.\r Liked the campground Emma woods by the beach .\r Will tell all our friends about this company and the great service.\r \r We would like to thank you for making our motorhome experience a truly memorable one. A friend told us about CamperRentalsUSA and said that they are reliable and clean. We were so pleased with the rental, the comfort and ease, that we plan on doing this again in the future. We have now decided to possibly purchase a motorhome in the next few years because we had such a wonderful time. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can get away. Next time, we want to try one a little bigger.First, we would like to thank Erik for our reservation and update. He explained the different rentals to help us decide what we needed and sent us confirmation quickly. We truly appreciate this outstanding service and trust our thanks will be passed directly to him. I would also like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the RV, having previously rented more than once from another company. We enjoyed the sense of space and additional conveniences in the 31 ‘’ Coachmen A Class and had no difficulty driving it. I have already recommended CamperRentalsUSA to at least two interested parties and would have no hesitation recommending to anyone interested in this type of vacation. Maybe next time we would like to try one of those big Class A Itasca Sunseeker parked in the lot! ""\r We look forward to our next rental. Thank you again for everything.\r Kind Regards\r Spencer Brown \r more

Very unkindly company.\r You don/t get what they promise. The rv was dirty, no tv, no rainshelter, no hoover, no.... All promised, but it wasn't there.\r Bad communication between owner en the fleetmanager. \r We didn't got back the money for not driven miles (which was promised).\r \r We will never rent a RV from this company again. more

Great Service !! 1/25/2012

I read a lot of the reviews before I rented from these folks last Friday. My experience was completely positive. Maybe it's because this was the first time I was driving an RV much less renting one. That means I'd read the fine print, watched the videos, and downloaded their rental guide to both my laptop and iPad. Therefore, I had a good feeling what I'd be in for. When I made a reservation using their 800 number, that rep told me to call the Oakland location to confirm when I'd be able to pick the RV up. The girl I spoke to said it would be 4pm the next day. Yikes! That's late, but I'd made my reservation the day before. However, then she said to call in the morning because they might be able to get me in earlier. Sure enough I called and the girl said ""can you come in now?"" I couldn't right then but I was still able to pick up the RV at 12:30pm. Awesome! I rented a compact RV. It was a newer RV, so it had an aux hookup even though the manual said their RVs didn't. The guy who set me up in the RV said it was a newer one and the manual is a bit out of date. That was good because I use my Android's GPS and usually listen to Pandora radio. If I can plug it in to the aux input it makes my trip pretty seamless. I'm not sure if all of their RVs have the same set up but there was a set of plates, bowls and plastic cups. There was also cooking utensils. I have a feeling a lot of stuff was left over. Someone had left all sorts of things like plastic wrap, cleaning solution, paper towels and bathroom tissue. Since I was only renting for 3 nights, I took what I needed. When I got back, I left the supplies that I didn't use. The guy who walked through the checklist with me was detailed and helpful. The girl behind the counter was also informative and let me know when there were add-ons that I didn't need to waste money on. That's nice. When I got back today, I'd gotten a late start from my campsite. So the plan I had to drop my things off at home and drive the RV in didn't happen. Instead, I showed up with an RV still full of my stuff...ooops. The girl who checked me in was nice about it. She let me leave my things in the RV. I came back roughly an hour later with a ZipCar, loaded it up, and was finally on my way. I also made the reservation with one card but wanted it charged to another. That was no problem and it was charged to the card I'd specified when I picked up the RV. From start to finish, it was an easy transaction. I'd definitely rent from them again. more

CamperRentalsUSA the best RV Rentals!!! 4/7/2011

This year's trip to California was another excellent experience working with Camperrentalsusa. In preparation for the trip, we had to make a number of modifications and the staff was always quick to accommodate our needs. \r We had a great trip to the US, and working with the folks at the LA/Ventura location was excellent. It was again a real pleasure working with Erik and Miep. They are very helpful and truly friendly. So both the pick-up and return went exceedingly smooth. This was very much a repeat of the first time we rented from Camperrentalsusa at the San Francisco location. \r Our only real problem there has nothing to with Camperrentalsusa. It is at the Airport. The Shuttle company vehicle pick-up site is so close to the airport that the taxi drivers do not want to take us there after their long wait in the queue for a fare. It is illegal of course, but they come up with all sorts of excuses not to take us. But we are learning who to talk to (for lack of a better term - the Taxi driverr) and what actions to take to ensure we can get a lift. \r So if folks run into this little glitch at the Airport, here is what you do. First, get the Registration number from the back of the cab of the cabbie who turned you down. Without this number it is difficult for the Taxi Operations to take corrective measures. He is normally somewhere where he can oversee the Taxi Stand Operation, but you may need to ask someone who works at the Airport to point him out. Then go to him and explain the problem and give him the registration number. He will correct the problem. \r . My rental process went very smoothly from A to Z. It was my very first time renting a mobile home. I did my share of researching for better terms. I liked what I got from Camperrentalsusa. \r All the information on the web site and the e-mails I received from Camperrentalsusa regarding my reservation was easy to follow. I was promised there were no hidden fees and there was none. \r Picking up was easy. Originally our pick up time was 3:00PM but when I made a phone call and they let me come in at 10:00AM. We started earlier than expected. \r Our mobile home was new and clean. We finished our pre-rental check up quickly. I was well informed of the terms of returning our vehicle. I drove out of their parking lot within 20 min. \r The mobile home was not as hard as I expected in terms of driving and parking, they did provide an English manual in the car. The inside was spacious enough for our family of 6, three adults, one teenager, one six year old, and a 17 month old baby. All the equipment and the compartments worked as they were supposed to. For six nights and seven days our family did not have any complaints. \r Returning the vehicle went without any problem. I was ten minutes late but they said it wasn¡¯t a problem. I returned the vehicle with less amount of fuel than I drove off with but they said it was not much of a difference. I was not charged for the gas. The same representative came out of the office right away and we checked the vehicle thoroughly. I was informed that I need to pay for a torn window screen. I agreed and signed the paper. I checked with my credit card company and found out they deducted $150 for the broken window screen and returned the rest of my deposit within three days of the return. The whole returning process took less than 15 min. It felt like every process was clear and straightforward. \r I would definitely use Camperrentalsusa again. more

Great Service , Like the Class A Diesel Pusher 4/6/2011

I wanted to bring to your attention an employee of yours that has made my experience a total pleasure! This employee is name was Brad.\r I've spoken with him a couple of times regarding the reservation of my RV for my upcoming weekend vacation and both times I've spoken to him he has been positive, helpful, and truly a customer focused employee. His ability to make my experience with Camperrentalsusa.llc a truly positive experience was outstanding.\r Too often when being a customer on the phone - the individual assisting you forgets that the person on the other side of the phone is the customer and is making their payday. Brad put me, as the customer first! It's such a pleasure to have worked with him on my reservation. Being in the customer service role myself - I know what exceptional customer service is and Brad is a pro at it!\r Many times we focus on the negatives and don't praise or recognize the positives. In this case - I'd like to recognize Brad's performance as truly outstanding. Thanks to Brad - I'll always use Camperrentalsusa for my vacations and will tell all my friends who may be looking for an RV to use camperrentalsusa because they employ individuals who put the customer first.\r My first time we rented smaller RV but the last time we upgraded ourselves to the 38'' diesel pusher with 3 slide outs , this Class A motorhome is amazing.\r Drives like a dream and the inside was beautifull.\r Highly recommended.\r Marie\r \r more
