My experience with Campbell & Company could not have been better. When I called I was given an appointment right away, which surprized me because we were going through a cold sna...

Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

How good is the best? Well, it's the best! 7/28/2015

I don't know what else I can say. John rocks and he keeps me up to speed on what I need to watch. I've had no issues with my system since it was installed nearly 2 years ago. I expect the service will remain at the high level it already is. I recommend this company. more

Annoyed by constant reminders to take this survey 7/28/2015

I was happy with the timely service done to repair my air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. I thought the cost was slightly high, but I am willing to pay extra for good service. However, I am very unhappy with the constant email reminders to take this survey and felt like giving 1 star across the board just for this fact. more

I tried to book our maintenance visit online AND by call and received NO RESPONSE on either and have no idea whether someone visited or not as we have been out of town for a few days. more

Fast & helpful 7/28/2015

My Compressor seized up on one of the hottest days this year. After checking it out, the tech told me they wouldn't be able to get a new one installed until about 7 to 10 days, but then he did some searching and found one that could be there in two days so I was only without my AC for three days. I appreciate the extra effort to minimize my suffering. more

Annual HVAC Checkup 7/28/2015

I called for an appt to check out my HVAC. I bought the townhome from another and had no idea when it was last done. The setup for the appt was very easy, the receptionist was very nice and Johnny M. that came to do the work was both very knowledgeable and courteous. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all plus told me a few things I wasn't aware of to even ask. I would recommend Campbell to anyone else with no problem. more

Can Be Relied On For Excellent Service 7/28/2015

I have not had any problems at all since my new Lennox furnace & Air Conditioner was installed by Campbell & Company in May of 2014 I've had no problems with filter media install and maintenance inspection so far to date. Air conditioner keeps house comfortable in these 100 degree plus days ! Thanks. it was all worth the money invested. more
