Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

From the beginning when we first looked into getting a heat pump the salesman, the technicians and the office personnel have been excellent 9/29/2015

Now that the initial installation is out of the way and we're into the seasonal system checks the Campbell Co. continues to provide excellent service. I for one am quite pleased Thank you more

The two workers showed up early, that was fine. They were polite and got right to work. My only concern is that they did not wash the pan under the unit as was done on a previous visit. Am I supposed to get a paper or e-mail review of what was completed? more

I have yet to meet one of your technicians who is not friendly and willing to answer questions. In addition they all know their craft and their equipment "inside out" so they can diagnosis problems and repair them quickly and efficiently. more

The service techs are always polite, but they did not come when scheduled, so I had to reschedule after I stayed home to wait for them. 9/5/2015

I just wish that I had not bought a Lenox heat pump that has a class action law suit attached to it. more

Been with Campbell for over 15 years and have all ways received great service. 9/2/2015

I am on the yearly plan and have been nursing along my complete water heater cooling/heating system. No longer offered but still works well. When I need to change out this system someday, I know who to call. Thank You Don more

Had a problem with failed condensate pump. It was leaking water. We had been gone three weeks and discovered the problem when we returned. Called Campbell and Co about the problem. They sent a serviceman out that day. We only had two days of opportunity to have the service call and they promptly responded to our request and fixed our problem. Very good Cutomer Service. more

he was doing and what need to be done to complete the job. He had our air conditioner working again in short order. more
