Worst

I received a text to confirm my appointment. They did not show until 2 1/2 hours later. I was told I would receive a discount for my inconvenience, have not seen that!

Johnny Mendoza was great as service tech 10/29/2015

Furnace shut down Monday. Couldn't get service call until Thursday. However the fall temperature is mild so the wait was ok. Johnny did a great job and was very helpful in discussing the possible problem that caused the furnace shut down more

Water Heater leaking gas 3x 10/29/2015

I am without hot water for the third time because Cambell & Co installed a water heater that leaks natural gas. Gas company just came again for the third time and shut the gas off. We will be without hot water until they can come tomorrow afternoon. The tech and office are never certain if I will be charged. Usually Cambell provides amazing service and a lot more reassurance when unfortunate things like this happens. I'm not sure I will ever use them for plumbing service again. Hopefully, 3rd time's a charm. more

A Campbell service representative was here several times due to malfunctioning of the heater. Once he found the problem he ordered the part and completed the work quickly. more

Impressed with the thorough evaluation of our systems and the discovery in one system of a coolant leak that had not been found previously. It turned out to be a quick fix and was associated with a bad design by the manufacturer. more

Clint was great with us he even came out at 7:30 in the evening to talk to my husband to make him feel comfortable with going ahead not a lot of people would have done that when it's 5 they want to go home but Clint used his own time not just coming out but also phone calls to help us & he checked to see how our service appointment was going I can't tell you how much I appreciate his help he never acted like a pushy salesman but like a new friend saying "hey I know how I can help you "we are very happy with our entire experience but that started with Clint he's a 5 star guy in my book more
