Bad service, unprofessional 11/13/2007

Went for a birthday brunch, left my prescription sunglasses behind, called 20 min. later and was told they didn't find them. There was a wait list so I am sure the table was cleaned quickly, so somebody had to find the sunglassess. I called back to speak to a manager he wasn't even asked or informed of the situation. He said he would call me back in 30 minutes..days later never did. I don't trust the employees and the manager is unprofessional. more
