BSC and their Owners MBA course have taught me and my colleagues the fundamentals to starting and growing a successful and, most importantly, profitable business. I joined the BSC incubator during the process of building and growing my business(es). I had met Jan on several occasions, knew her reputation in the community and nationally, and had confidence that I would benefit from the program. The information and experience gained from working with Jan & Dan at BSC was priceless. While some of it was familiar, much was not. It was all presented in a framework and structure that pulled it all together beautifully. The BSC is my highly knowledgeable and accessible business therapist that has helped me stay on track with the important decisions and directions that I needed to focus on in the real and ever-changing world. Jan and I have consulted with each other for 20 years now. She has mentored me and my company through many tough times, encouraging me to focus on the unique qualities I and my company bring to the table, and to re-examine my goals to match those strengths. We had for years seen ourselves as a rather pedestrian company in a mature industry. Jan helped us re-imagine our purpose as a more future- and client-focused company. I had just one consultation with Jan Triplett and would definitely recommend her to any entrepreneur who needs an unbiased, ""big picture"" overview of their business. Great for small businesses and consulting 10/16/2008

The Business Sucess Center has helped me grow my business, Allscapes Lawn Care. Since consulting with Dan and Jan, I have implimented using service agreements with customers, requiring credit cards with new clients and develop a strategy for attracting more gold and platinum clients. This has resulted in much less haggling with clients who are not willing to invest much into landscape maintenance. more
