Got water heater in 2008, installed the day before vacation, cost $1300. No heads up on how to maintain filter or anything. Filter clogs and the water heater only has a two year...

Unsatisfied 4/21/2011

Got water heater in 2008, installed the day before vacation, cost $1300. No heads up on how to maintain filter or anything. Filter clogs and the water heater only has a two year parts and labor warranty that was not disclosed. Would not use Burton again. more

Negative Review 7/21/2010

They tried to sell us an a/c unit when it just needed a coil. 2 other opinions have shown that they are con artist. Had to come out twice because they didn't do the job right the first time. more

Sewer backed up into House- Great Response! 5/19/2010

The response was fast and they made sure the job was done correctly and efficiently. They even found other problems that they were more than willing to help with. more
