Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

The Burien team was kind and helpful, throughout the entire sales process. I knew what I wanted and they made sure I was happy, rather than sell me on something else. This was a much faster purchasing experience than I've had at other dealerships. I recommend Burien to anyone who cares about their time and wants to work with true professionals. more

service department is prompt and always a good experience 1/22/2014

My only problem the last time I was in is that the tech said I had an engine leak, but no one had any information as to why or where or if it needed immediate attention. The Car is always washed and vaccumed to perfection! more

Great Service 1/16/2014

Assume this is for the collision work. Work was done well. When there was a delay in parts coming in after I had already brought my car in, Jeff released my car to me and scheduled a future date when ALL the parts would be ready. Jeff arranged for the company to pay my car rental for the call back since I did not have coverage. more
