Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Just wanted to send an email saying thanks for you, Eric and Bobbi taking the time to help get us into our new car this past weekend. It was the single best car buying experience (hands down) I've ever been through. You all really took the time to explain everything to us and help us get into a car we wanted. Considering what a horrible time we had at other car. Considering what a horrible time we had at other car dealerships throughout the day I really can't tell you how awesome it was to deal with Burien Toyota. I know Audrey feels the same. Please pass this along to Eric and Bobbi as well, and I'll promise to spread the word that Burien Toyota is the place to go for a great car buying experience. more

Very pleasant experience 5/11/2011

I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car from this dealership. My first interaction was via phone after I found a car thru a website Auto Trader, perhaps). The sales manager was very polite and asked me to come down. My salesman was a chatty, amiable fellow by the name of David Butler. I got a fair price on my trade in, and I think the price of the vehicle I bought was fair, too. I bring my car (Subaru) here for maintenance work, and that relationship has been working well also. more

Awesome dealership! 5/2/2011

I paid 150 for 3 days for a brand new 2010 Camry. No hidden fees and the service was great. Oh and I'm under 25 and from California so while 50 bucks a day may be steep for some people, it was dirt cheap for me. They asked me if I had full coverage insurance and I said yes and they didn't make me search for my ins. card they took my word for it. If you make an appointment they'll pick you up and drop you off at the airport so it's totally worth it. I'll definitely rent again. more

Everyone was very nice 4/27/2011

Had to get a part replaced for my Toyota Corolla because apparently it had been recalled. Everyone was very nice, the part was luckily on hand so they got it done in about 2 hrs while I had lunch and shopped, and they even washed the car after it was serviced. They also removed a nail from one of my tires and repaired it. All of this was done free of charge. He said the only suggestion was to get my transmission fluid flushed ($215). I'm considering having my car serviced here from now on since Greg's Japanese auto has disappointed me for the last time. more

Best prices 4/25/2011

Leased a new Toyota from them a few days ago. They offered me the best price over email/phone and were straight up through the whole process. Perhaps it was because I brought a former car salesman with me, but they didn't give me any hard sell or BS about the price. This is my first new car, but I've dealt with dealerships before. Burien Toyota is definitely a cut above. more

At Burien Toyota service, we had very good customer service when we got there. They were very friendly and explained to us what needed to be done to the car. After we picked it up they explained what they felt needed to be done and how much that would cost. They also washed and vacuumed the car which was great. more

Sincerely Impressed 4/4/2011

I have either leased or purchased my last 4 vehicles from Burien Toyota and have always been treated with the utmost consideration of my time and hard earned money. Each time I have worked with Ted Klarich, the Sales Manager and with my most recent purchase (a new 4-Runner in January of 2009) I also worked with Dennis Baker, a salesperson who has been there 20 years. From the knowledge these guys have of their vehicle stock, to the financing department really getting you the best deal, to the courteous service department personnel, I have never failed to be sincerely impressed. I have recomended them to relatives as well as clients for their car buying needs. more
