I had the first pest control appointment this afternoon and was extremely pleased with Randall G, my pest control tech. He was very professional, courteous, personable and offered me good advice to keeping my house pest free. He worked outside the house in the dark!!! then came inside to complete the initial ""clean out"". He told me everything he was going to do. He seems very knowledgeable about all the little ""critters"" including mice which have begun to frequent my kitchen floor cabinets at nite. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I look forward to seeing him every two months.\r more

Pest Free 3/5/2012

Bulwark was referred by word of mouth from fellow neighbors who were very pleased. Turns out their advice was great! When we moved we had spiders and beetles as well. Daryle is our service technician and took care of our bug issues. He was polite and willing to answer questions we had. more

Tim is very friendly, knows his stuff and will rid pests 3/1/2012

Tim is my local service rep and always goes the extra mile to ensure he knows what issues I'm seeing if any treats the perimeter of my home against all pests then spot treats for anything I notice specifically. Since using Bulwark we haven't had any issues with any pests and Tim always takes a moment to get to know you and inform you of what is going on with your pest control needs. more

Excellent Service! 1/5/2012

We've been using Bulwark for about 7 years now and have been very pleased with our service. The technicians that come out have always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I especially want to point out Jeremy- I believe for a while he was the termite inspection technician in addition to a regular technician. He was very personable and didn't try to push us into extra and un-needed services. I also want to point out Jay, who is the service manager. He seems to care about his customers- when prices went up slightly a few years ago, he called to explain why and then offered alternative solutions in order to keep our costs down, which was much appreciated. I have recommended Bulwark to several people and will continue to do so with confidence. more

Bulwark Service and Joel 12/4/2011

We've used Bulwark for a few years now. They've always been excellent, providing reliable and effective service. All the techs are great but Joel always goes above and beyond. He has assisted us with special needs like yellow jacket nests and more. During our last service he helped us with hard to reach spider webs in upper story windows. We really appreciate Bulwark, their customer service and their employees (e.g. Joel!). more

The best pest service & the best customer service 4/18/2011

We have an older house on a heavily wooded lot, so I was concerned bugs would be a problem, but Bulwark keeps us bug free! We've been with them for 5 years and they are always on time, knowledgeable and professional. Brandon, our technician last week was incredibly thorough. He asked if I had seen anymore earwigs (I mentioned seeing one during my last service, but hadn't seen any since ). When I told him about our problem with carpenter bees, he took the time to call his office and see what could be done. WOW! I highly recommend Bulwark. We are customers for life. more

JOEL was on time (a few minutes early!) and very friendly. He did a great job and explained exactly what he was doing. We've been with Bulwark for almost 3 years and have been very happy. They come back between treatments if I see any bugs. They are priced better than others and when I found someone at a better price they price matched for me. more

Same as always, the best in pest. 4/9/2011

We moved from Phoenix in 2006 and had Bulwark service there The issues are very different in AZ than they are here, but in both locations Bulwark has been top notch. Our tech Joel is always on time friendly and thorough while treating the house. Whenever we have had unexpected visitors with more than 4 legs in the house Bulwark comes out immediately and handles them. DONE. There might be other exterminating companies, but Bulwark is the only one I will call. more

great pest control 4/3/2011

I just purchased a new mobile home and noticed a few ants around. My parents recommended Bulwark from their experience with them so I gave them a call. They sent Joel out to take a look. He explained the whole process to me, sprayed those hard to reach places and I have not seen an ant or any other bugs for that matter since. Great job Bulwark more

Bulwark is a great pest control company to choose. I did a search and they had the best prices. I have also appreciated the friendliness and professionalism from their Techs. Tim recently came out to spray our new home and did a great job. more
