Extremely Passionate Customer Service 2/18/2011

****UPDATED******Completed satisfied!!!!! My original comment was noticed by Bulwark and they contacted me directly to resolve the issue. Jay, took time to listen to my concerns and explain where things went wrong. He was also very reasonable in fixing the situation. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was required to turn a dissatisfied customer into a lifetime supporter. As I said in my original comment, the service is wonderful, the technitions are very knowledgable and I have not seen a bug since Bulwark came out to my home. I would recommend them 100% more

Excellent service 2/12/2011

I had spotted a couple of roaches in the last month or so, which is too many in my book. I've had Bulwark's service for over 3 years now and have been very happy with them. Luckily, they sent Joel today for my inside treatment and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and was very thorough in treating the problem by installing baits, which had not been done before. I hope I won't have problems in the future, but if I do, I'll make sure to request Joel. He has been the best tech I have dealt with. more

The best service ever!! 11/19/2010

We have been using Bulwark for years. Orlando C. is our technician and he is wonderful!!! He is very polite, thoughtful, and does a great job. One of my dogs got into something that stung her and her face was completely swollen and she looked awful. He came over and looked at her and walked the entire yard spraying for anything that even looked like it could have hurt her. I was so upset and he made me feel a million times better knowing he was going to find what got my girl and take care of it. He is the BEST! more

Happy to have found them! 9/29/2010

We had Terminix for the first 3 months in NC. We had no idea moving here that there were cockroaches and were very surprised to have to just ""put up with it"". Finally a neighbor told us about Bulwark and we cancelled Terminix to try them. Jay came in and awnsered all of our questions and set traps so they know what kinds their dealing with. The results were amazing. We finally got our problem under control. They did a follow up visit a week later and Jay did a follow up call 2 weeks later! We're very happy to have found them! more

Great Customer Service at Bulwark 9/15/2010

We have been customers of Bulwark's for several years now and I can't say that I have had a single complaint. Orlando Council is our regular tech and he is always very polite and professional. We have had to call them back out for ants on a few occassions but after they do the treatment, we are good to go. I wouldn't hessitate to recomend Bulwark to anyone who is seeking pest control. Best Technicians at Bulwark 8/26/2010

The service at Bulwark is incredible. We have called a few times now and the technicians are always fast and friendly and get the job done right . Orlando Council however really impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge and thoughtfulness. He was extremely thorough and made sure I felt comfortable with the spray he was using. Totally safe for pets! I will be sure to use Bulwark Exterminating if I need to and highly recommend the company to anyone. ID : 4344J more

Excellent Customer Service with the Best Results 8/14/2010

We had a big problem with a mysterious bug issue. Bulwark (serving the Raleigh area) came to our home on a moment's notice and their technician, Jeremy Stevens, not only provided expert knowledge of all information related to bugs and what we were dealing with, but he took care of the problem immediately. He was able to reassure us that the problem would be resolved, as well as providing technical information and kindness that supported us after the visit. We would definitely recommend Bulwark for any and all your pest control needs. As small business owners ourselves, we value excellent customer service - rare these days, but not at Bulwark! Best Exterminating Service in the Triangle! 8/12/2010

I just wanted to write a quick review about Bulwark Exterminating. One word.....WOW! I am not sure what they use, but they got rid of ALL pest that were in/around our home. Our technician Brandon was exteremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to any concerns I had about their service. He promised no more pest and he 100% delivered. He warned me about the next 2 weeks after service that I would see all pest come out, but then said they would die soon after. Yes, he was not kidding. Bulwark is a great pest removal service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Be sure to ask for Brandon as your technician. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and will not tell you any lies! Nice job! more

Excellent Technicians, Service and Product 7/16/2010

We have had two visits from Bulwark and both were exceptional. Technicians Randall (1st visit) and Jeremy (2nd visit) both took their time discussing the pest issues we were having, discussing the pests themselves and explaining treatment plans and their expert recommendations. Each technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and considerate of our home and family. I highly recommend Bulwark, their technicians and product. Their treatment works!
