Review content:
We've been using Bulwark for about 7 years now and have been very pleased with our service. The technicians that come out have always been prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I especially want to point out Jeremy- I believe for a while he was the termite inspection technician in addition to a regular technician. He was very personable and didn't try to push us into extra and un-needed services.
I also want to point out Jay, who is the service manager. He seems to care about his customers- when prices went up slightly a few years ago, he called to explain why and then offered alternative solutions in order to keep our costs down, which was much appreciated.
I have recommended Bulwark to several people and will continue to do so with confidence.
