Bulwark Exterminating

We (My Family) relocated to the Las Vegas Nevada Valley circa 2001. We contracted with several exterminating companies for several years. We just did not receive professional year round services nor were we able to determine when services were rendered. We finally contracted with BULWARK/Ed Sakugawa for year round exterminating services. We have received this professional service for approximately 5 or 6 years now. We now know the dates and times when Ed is coming and he does an extremely professional job by covering our entire property (outside & inside), pool area, and garage. Ed is a dedicated Technician and is knowledgeable about the “pests” that plague the Sunrise Manor community of Las Vegas Nevada. He is also a good friend and neighbor! I have had bulwark for over 9 years now and the service has been near perfect and if bugs ever do get into the house, the tech is quick to solve the problem without any trouble....I appreciate Adam listening to my request to not ring the doorbell during service (because i have small children that are napping), him listening to that request does not go un-noticed!!! Eric Burch is a very good Tech . I approached him about starting a new service and even though I interrupted a job he was on he was very accommodating. He proved to be very efficient, and very friendly. He promptly set about setting up a service for me and low and behold showed up when he said he would. Eric Burch is a good Tech for Bulwark. He has always been on time with his appointments when he has to stop by my home for pest control service. I had a problem that had occurred with the lock on my gate. The lawn man that takes care of my yard placed the lock on backwards the last time is was here. I could not open the lock so Eric could get inside the back yard. I struggled with the key, the key was stuck and bent. Mean while I was struggling with the lock, Eric was performing is job in the front of my house and garage. He made his way to the gate and saw that I was having problems with the lock, I explained what had happened when the lawn man was last here. He was caring and said, oh you've been out here this long trying to open it, I said yes. He looked at it and said I can cut it off for you if you want me too. I asked how much is this gonna cost me he said no charge and that I can give you a new lock that has a combination to it. I was so happy that once he finished my gate would be locked and my backyard would be safe. If not I would have to go out and buy another lock, leaving my backyard open. Today was my furlough day off did plan on going out and purchase a new lock for the gate.He is always freindly, kind and caring. I am very pleased that Eric is my pect control tech.
