Eric Burch is a very good Tech . I approached him about starting a new service and even though I interrupted a job he was on he was very accommodating. He proved to be very efficient, and very friendly. He promptly set about setting up a service for me and low and behold showed up when he said he would. (unusual for pest techs from other companies) He has enthusiasm for his job and is knowledgeable about your product. I am very happy with Bulwark because of Eric, he is an asset to you. Thank you
