I want to thank you for all the time you spent with me in your shop putting tile combinations together until we found something that worked exactly to my liking. Your emails, phone calls and faxes were always appreciated and kept me up to date on progress as well as delays on the manufacturer`s end. When you said you would call, you called. When you said something would be in on a certain date, it was. As you know I had incredible problems with another tile company, and so your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and I will be using Budget Tiles for my next home, and will be referring you to everyone I know.
