Because I am the son of a prominent florist who was one of Georgia's most highly regarded designers, I know the floral industry very well. With my background and experience, I can honesty attest that Buckhead Florist is now the best flower shop in Atlanta. The work Mary and her team turn out is not only the most beautiful in Atlanta but the most creative! It is superior to any florist I know in the Atlanta area and for that matter in the southeast and east coast. The quality of her work is consistently flawless. She appears to obtain flowers from locations all over the world. Consequently, because of the quality, service, style and application, the arrangements from Buckhead Florist always stand apart. Today, for my Five year anniversary, I received the most beautiful arrangement from Buckhead Florist! They were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! This is the second one that I had received from them and both were extraordinary! I have ordered many flower arrangements before and nothing I have ever sent or received has compared! I also want to say that my flowers were actually delivered on the day that my husband requested and they were in my office waiting for me when I got in at 9:30. Fantastic customer service! I so love this florist and MARY is very hands on. I have never seen such beautiful flowers that actually last for more than two days. I'm not one to know much about flowers or their designs. The thing that I do know is that my wife is exceptionally happy and overwhelmingly pleased when she receives her flower arrangements from Buckhead Florist. Amazing in two key areas for any business, product quality and service. I've used Buckhead Florist twice now with impeccable, tailored results. First visit (December '11) was made in person to look through and get ideas for an arrangement. Helpful, courteous and conversational staff members listened to what my idea was and then made some suggestions. The flowers were delivered before I was able to get back home, and I don't live far from Ptree in Buckhead! The second was for Valentine's day where again my thoughts were heard, flower selection tailored, quickly delivered and most importantly, the delivery went according to what I had thought up in my mind! Each time they have been extremely helpful, not pushy at all and proving themselves capable of ""walking the walk"" that they talk. This flower shop Is unbeleivable!! I was recommended by a friend BUT what followed I never expected. You hear a lot about places and most of the time it's a lot of talk and a lot of hot air but not this time. BUCKHEAD FLORIST delivers!!! They are everything that my friend said and much, much MORE You name it, they got it; customer service, very polite on the phone, pleasant and congenial, NO attitude and certainly very patient!! Their guidance was well worth it!! These are all very important as the prelude to the actual order but In the final analysis, you know what really counts? The product and design & the reaction and satisfaction of the recipient. I didn't have a clue what I wanted to send but I did have an objective. When I sent this arrangement to a VIP customer, she was totally impressed and thouroughly satisfied with the arrangement and its impeccable design. She said she had never seen such an arrangement. I work for high-end celebrities and use Buckhead Florist for special occasions. I was amazed at the type of designs they were able to do for me upon request. I was also surprised at the level of professionalism provided by their staff. I have worked in the entertainment business for over 20 years but believe that this is certainly the best florist in Atlanta, if not the nation. Buckhead Florist also was able to send their designs to other locations for me, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago! They affiliate with only the best florists throughout North America. How can I better explain why Buckhead Florist stands out? When I place an order with Buckhead Florist, I am confident and rest assured that the arrangement will go out without a hitch and foremost the recipient will be thrilled and amazed with the design. They've proven this every time! They take great measues to assure total satisfaction....110% in my book!! I gotta comment on a review that was written by another 'suppossed' customer that does not display any of Buckhead Florist's qualities. I noticed when reading it, he finished his review by saying that it would be better to go across the street to purchase flowers at Whole Foods. That's when I realized he probably got his flowers shops confused. Buckhead Florist is not across the street from Whole Foods. Buckhead Florist is on Peachtree Road located in the Atlanta Financial Center. (Maggiono's and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Bldg. is across the street from Buckhead Florist). I have lived in Atlanta for a little over a year and had not been able to find a flower shop that would meet my expectations not until however, I was referred to Buckhead Florist by a fellow colleague. She raved about their designs and how personable and helpful the staff is on the telephone. Well, I must tell you the recipient was so impressed with the flower arrangement! She called me immediately to express her gratitude and appreciation. She couldn't believe the uniqueness of the design. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received. I called Buckhead Florist recently and ordered a bouquet for a friend that recently had a baby. Over the phone, I explained exactly what I wanted and thought it would cost well over $100. The represenative was extremely helpful and made further recommendations. When the flowers arrived to the hospital, everybody was raving about them. In addition, Buckhead Florist only charged $65 for the bouquet. Although I have heard they have some of the best designers, I truly believe it now!
