My three year old can sit and paint for an hour and a half at Brush Fire. She loves it and so do I. It is a little pricey, but there are always coupons around for $2 or $3 off...

Great Fun! 10/28/2005

I had a blast at Brush Fire and can't wait to go back. This is one of those stores where you get to pick a piece of pottery, paint it yourself, then return for your new piece of art. At first I thought their prices were a little high, but then after I saw how much time it took me to complete a project, I realized that this is a very cheap form of entertainment. I have made the cutest bowls, and plan to go back for Christmas gifts! more

Fun for everyone! 10/25/2005

My three year old can sit and paint for an hour and a half at Brush Fire. She loves it and so do I. It is a little pricey, but there are always coupons around for $2 or $3 off each piece, so that makes it totally worth it. We use BF for presents all the time for Grandparents and friends. Each year on my daughter's birthday we go and do a handprint plate. Soon, it will turn into her own designs, that I hope we continue to do through her teens. They've gotten more organized with their materials, and it's easier to find things. more

It's a great way to spend the afternoon. You pick out pottery, paint it, and they glaze and fire it for you. They have tons of different colors and creative ideas. The only downside is the cost---$12 for a small knick-knack box. But, its one of a kind and an afternoon activity! more

I love going to Brush Fire to get my creative juices flowing! You get to pick out the pottery you want to paint. They have a great selection of paints to use and all the tools to make your creation your own. It's also a very kid friendly enviornment. After your'e finished, the friendly staff takes your finished product to be put in the kiln. A couple days later you pick up your creation. It's an inexpensive way to have a fun time! more
