I have purchased 17 cars for my family from Andy Taylor and brown Daub. Each purchase was seamless and without haddle. All i had to do was tell Andy and Brown Daub. This place is like a bad fraternity party with the occasional fantastic employee. I bought a brand new truck, which has since been in for electrical problems THREE times. The third time, they tried to charge me for a rental. I'm sorry, you want me to pay $30 a day so you can try to fix something that wasn't fixed properly the first two times after I spent almost $50K at your dealership? No, thank you. Unfortunately, it seems like the sales department and the service department are on opposite teams, but the squeaky wheel gets the oil here (call the managers and they will take care of you), and in the end, my issues were addressed. It is my belief, however, that if you are truly devoted to the satisfaction of your customers, you don't make them argue to get the things to which they are entitled, which in my case is a vehicle with a lot of fun options THAT WORK PROPERLY. Lastly, I must say that in the interest of customer service, if this were my company, I would make sure that the final person to have contact with the customers before they walked out the door (who is also ironically the first person with whom you speak when you call) was the friendliest and most smiley person I could find. Instead, I've mostly had to deal with an apathetic and sometimes just plain rude, young girl. more

This dealership has an awesome sales and service department. Each of the employees with whom I've dealt has been absolutely the best. Some service problems may be difficult to diagnose, but that is not the fault of the service tech. I'll be dealing with Brown Daub for years to come! more

Kevin Tracey has always been OUTSTANDING in scheduling, service delivery and detailed, understandable explanations. He is truly an asset to your organization. We wouldn't consider service anywhere else. However, now all Brown Daub has to do is get your sales and finance up to paar and I'll buy another two vehicles soon. more

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned after really coming in to purchase a new Jeep. The Jeep I bought was 4 years old and really was like new. I had one minor issue (I thought) and the service department took care of me right away. The problem really wasn't a problem, it was an oversite with a gas cap (I didn't tighten it enough). The Jeep was clean and everyone was genuine and helpful. I really would refer family and friends, a lot of the sales people have been there for a long time which to me is important. Good selection of cars and Jeeps. Oh and the sales person showed me every option! That never happened before! more

5 straight years of having my car faithfully serviced at Brown Daub Ford with promises of a FREE wash after each service and FREE oil change after every 4 oil changes.............and after 16 services, not one free oil change and the car was washed 3 times. Parts and service are overpriced and no one seems to care when you have a problem. They don't listen. Imagine having the same electrical problem fixed 6 times while the car was under warranty because they could never get it right. To add insult to injury, after the warranty expired..........I had to pay even though the problem was a defect or poor workmanship from the beginning. I don't think I will go there again. Pros: Nice building and slection of cars Cons: Service does not live up to promises more
