5 straight years of having my car faithfully serviced at Brown Daub Ford with promises of a FREE wash after each service and FREE oil change after every 4 oil changes.............and after 16 services, not one free oil change and the car was washed 3 times. Parts and service are overpriced and no one seems to care when you have a problem. They don't listen. Imagine having the same electrical problem fixed 6 times while the car was under warranty because they could never get it right. To add insult to injury, after the warranty expired..........I had to pay even though the problem was a defect or poor workmanship from the beginning. I don't think I will go there again.
Pros: Nice building and slection of cars
Cons: Service does not live up to promises
