""'ve been a customer at Brotherton's service shop for the past few years, and just wanted to let you know that one of the main reasons I continue coming back is Theron Whitby. He always is very cordial and respectful on the phone and greets me by name when I arrive. He is helpful when I explain problems my truck is experiencing. Many service shops I have tried pressure me to complete work on my vehicle that I wonder if it's truly needed, but I never feel that pressure from Theron. He'll explain what the problem is (or sometimes tell me they couldn't find the problem), explain what your technicians have found, recommend if I should get it done now or later, answer any questions I have, and leave the decision to me. I really appreciate that he doesn't do the pressure sell. I also appreciate your shop's flexibility, always allowing me to leave my truck off overnight, even if it's just for an oil change, since Theron knows that is what works best for my work schedule. more

Thank you for making this experience for my mom so easy! She has had a lot of stress in her life lately, with losing my dad and some of her own health issues. The last thing she needed was to add to that stress, and to be honest, buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience. Brad, On behalf of the Seattle Propeller Club, I want to thank you for your support of last week's Golf Tournament. The Hole in One Contest for a New Car proved to be tremendous success. It added a whole new dimension to the tournament and helped us attract a full field for the tournament. Overall, the Golf Tournament raised thousands of dollars to support local maritime youth and community organizations. Hopefully, we can work with Brotherton Cadillac again next year! I would like you to know what a Wonderful Employee you have named Theron. I had a flat tire on Sat. and he was busy with a skelton crew but said if I could leave my car he would fix it, I needed a loaner car and that was no problem for him to provide me with. I got to drive the CVS (Beautiful Car ) and I had never driven or been in a Cadillac. My Mom and I Loved Theran he was so very helpful to us and polite and very professional. I wanted you to know what a very nice young Man you have working for you. more

In my 38 years of driving and buying cars, I have never had as positive an experience as I sis purchasing my 2008 Cadillac CTS from your dealership, and more importantly, from the people that represent Brotherton Cadillac. Ina world that is very commoditized buying anything can be so mechanical. The difference I look for is the human touch.... realizing someone actually cares about our unique needs as customers. That is how I felt from the moment Chad Eaton greeted me, until Roger Hammond worked with me post-sale showing me how allt he features in my car worked.. In between, I dealt with Arun and Jannica along with Nancy the receptionist, and each of the made me feel like they cared about my car along with me as an individual. During that day, I also met Brad, and the consistency of helpful attitudes certainly drifts down from the top. You were great in dealing with one issue that had to be cleared up, and I remember you saying, ""We just want you to be happy"". I must even mention Eric, the young man that works out in the shop doing lots of different things for us customers. He has gone out of his way to once to help me since I bought the car. Bottom line, I felt great about the price, the service and the people I have met at your dealership. I would not hesistate to refer anyone to your team. Finally, I have enjoyed getting to know you all as friends. more

Thank you for excellent service. We bought our 2007 GMC Acadia from Brotherton. In fact, we purchased the first Acadia in the state of Washington! We recieved good care and were treated very nicely at that time. we come in for regular oil changes and all needed recall updates and have never had anyone be rude or unprofessional. As our factory warranty was coming to an end we purchased an extended warranty. then when our car was 2,000 miles past factory warranty we had a problem. The drivers side headlight assembly was leaking. We brought the car in and had your service writer (Chris) take a look at it. He called the warranty company to discover that it was not covered. The part alone cost $995 plus approximately $200 to put it in. That is a lot of money in any economy. My husband and I declined to have it repaired and Chris said he would talk to the manager and see it there was anything Brotherton could do to extend some good will. We thanked him and left. I truly expected that would be the last time I spoke to Chris until I was in for an oil change. But he called a couple days later. To my astonishment, he said GMC agreed to warranty the part and Brotherton said they would put it at no charge! I could hardly believe it. In this say and age it is pretty spectacular when a company goes out of their way to do the right thing by their customers. I will forever recommend Brotherton to my friends and family. I was already a loyal Brotherton customer, but now I am a true believer that I am dealing with the best dealership int he Northwest. Thank you again! more

Yesterday my 2007 GMC Yukon was at your dealership to be serviced. I must admit that the ownership experience of this particular truck has been less than stellar. From our purchase at Smokeypoint GMC through our time being serviced at Bellevue GMC, we were continually disappointed! However, in the short time that we have been at Brotherton Cadillac GMC, we have been extremely happy. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to you and your team for having given us excellent service thus far. Additionally I would like to let you know that it was a pleasure to find out that Marvin had joined your team. He previously worked at North bend Chevrolet where we service our last truck, a Suburban. Marvin has always given us service that went above and beyond and our service yesterday was no exception. Our truck required service that was not covered by warranty, a not so pleasing discovery on a vehicle with less thank 20k miles. We appreciate Marvin'c work and your approval to perform the service at no cost. We truly appreciate your generous gesture. Many Thanks!!! more
