Hi all and I just wanna say of the back: This place is horrible! DO NOT let them fool you for ANY reason! You see they don't even have pictures or videos up showing you the place like other sites on here... why?? BECAUSE it's a S*** Hole! No Maintenance crew nothing! Bugs of ALL kinds are in this heap!! NO LIE! I have personally killed 14 YES 14 Mice within the last 2 years alone (2009) as well as numerous natts, fruit flies, spiders (omg so many spiders) and other crawlies. No security door system so people can just walk in, the garages are filled with JUNK so don't even think about a car place for the winter and the kitchen sinks constantly flood and spill over every 2-3 months. This is not just from MY experience here this is also from other tenants as well! I went through summer with NO AC and the landlord does NOTHING but smoke cigarettes all damn day with his boyfriend. The hallways, OMG, they should turn this place into a spooky house for the kids this Halloween. If you have problems the management do not wanna hear your phone calls... they instead say stuff like: Too bad, not my fault you live in a s*** hole ( NO LIE just saying the truth) and the windows have no screens on the buildings so anyone even the axe man can just slide the windows to the hallways open and get you. No Security. The buildings been on FOX 9 and been on fireatleast 3 times and yet no remodeling. No new tenants moving in because of all the junk still left in the other ones. It's basically a ""Slum"" deal. if you like sell drugs, do drugs, and parties, ect. will this is the place for you (lol) This place is a total disaster for the money you spend and it would be better of spent somewhere where atleast the heat works... OH yeah thats another thing: The Heat. Man, check this out... so... The Heat vents DO NOT work! In the office building yes but the others NO and on top of that they just had heat installed in the apartments last year BUT they are connected to your EXCEL Bill (ikr) so if you turn on the heat, in minnesota, in the WINTER, your EXCEL bill goes through the sky but they say: We just give you a break on your rent...??? HUH? How can you put a ""$Flat Rate$"" on my bodies ability to stay warm esp. in Minnesota! I'M warning whoever so shall read this: DO NOT do it! It won't be long before The City of Brooklyn Center tears this place down and I hope this memo speeds up the process! Scale 1-10: -9
