Office staff is terrible. Unprofessional, not friendly, rude...etc. They do a great job of pulling you in, then you're stuck. My rent check got stolen from them, and after I paid the bank to cancel my check, the ladies in the office wouldn't let me pay my rent because I ""owed"" them money....it is RIDICULOUS! I would NOT recommend this apartment complex! I can't wait to move out! more

Worst Apartment Experience I've Ever Had! 4/3/2006

- Management has changed 4 times in 1 1/2 yrs and the only thing that's consistent is that they are incompetent, rude and never in the office when they should be. Now apprently the name has changed to Broadstone at Vinings - don't be fooled by their alias. Apartments are cheap and dark and maintenance sucks. The gates are always broken and left open. The train comes every hour and shakes the apartment. Don't make the mistake of living here. Run to any other apartment in the area. more
