ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND INADEQUATE IN NEARLY EVERY WAY. SOURCE OF ALL MY WEDDING STRESS, ESPECIALLY THE ALTERATIONS DEPARTMENT.\r \r DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICES. It is worth paying more to go elsewhere and you'll end up paying less (in money and stress) in the end. I had a great experience with BS until the moment I paid for my gown. From then on, any customer service I had received ended and the headaches began. They are clearly in the business only for the money, and have horrendous customer service skills. I had issues with the quality of my bridesmaids gowns and tuxedos and received no sympathy or compensation. Their system for ordering tuxes and BM dresses is completely inadequate and they constantly kept having incorrect records. \r \r ALTERATIONS WAS A NIGHTMARE. Kim was completely cranky at each of my appointments and whenever I gave suggestions on how to improve the gown she gave some excuse for why it was my fault that it didn't fit, when she had clearly made the mistake (took in too much, top too loose, etc.). She was completely unapologetic for her mistakes, and she accused me of losing/gaining weight as the reason the dress didn't fit (BTW I'm a size 0/2 and surely didn't change size within this time) or that my request that the strapless dress be tight was the cause of it being too small. In the end, I had to accept that it was good enough and end my frustrations. Alterations is also very over-priced. \r \r THEY PROMISED ME COMPENSATION THEN BACKED OUT. After my wedding when I addressed my issues (alterations, quality, attitude) with Jeanie, she promised to have my dress fixed, cleaned, and preserved (and my husband was witness to this promise). When I took my dress in there to have this done, they took back their promise and would not preserve it. THEIR WORD IS WORTH NOTHING. I truly am not a difficult to please person or one to usually slander a business, but in this case, I hope to save others from the stress and anxiety that Bridal Solutions caused me. \r \r To summarize, tell all your friends to not use this place no matter how good the original price on the gown may be. Especially I don't recommend the alterations department. They have zero customer service skills and will give excuses for every mistake they make instead of just apologizing and fixing it. more

This place ripped off my niece!! 5/3/2012

I usually alter my niece's prom dresses when they need a little touching up, but this year I am back in school and had no time. She called and asked me where she should take it and with out reservation I said, ""Kim's."" I worked them many years ago...apparently the place has switched hands. My sister went to pick it up. They charged her $185 to do a simple alteration (taking the sides of the dress in from the waist down...no sequence or beads JUST FABRIC!) and replace some very simple flowers. To top it off they returned it with a BIG tea stain! Classy!!! Avoid this place! They will rip you off! more

Customer service could be better, decent gown selection 2/26/2007

This was one of the first stores I went to looking for a ideal dress for my destination wedding. When I called the store the lady was friendly when answering questions, I came into the store and despite their being only one other person in there to pick up alterations my mother and I felt that we were being rushed. Maybe the lady was ready to close the shop an hour early. This was not the owner. She came in later but didnt introduce herself. Either did the lady helping us until my mom asked her name when we were getting ready to leave. She was pretty helpful when trying on dresses but not overly helpful with the whole process and introduce who they are when customers walk in the door. I found a few dresses I liked and the selection was decent for a small bridal shop. Pros: one on one attention when trying on bridal gowns Cons: people helping you didnt introduce themselves until asked by customer more

The service was great up until I chose and paid for my wedding dress. After that, I felt like they could have cared less. In addition, they messed up one of my bridesmaids' dresses. These are just examples of my experiences with this store. In general, I would not recommend purchasing your dresses from or having them tailored here. more
