I had the best experience buying my last two cars at Brandon Dodge - I could never go anywhere else. I didn't feel pressured when I was looking around for the perfect fit and the purchasing process was stress-free and honestly, easier than it's been at other places. I got an amazing deal and an even better car. They treated me with respect, even though I was a bit indecisive, and I felt as though they truly valued my service. I highly recommend going to Brandon Dodge! more

I truly wish I had read these reviews previous to going in this particular dealership. I went in to find a vehicle that would be a good fit for my family. I was told that a specific vehicle was JUST marked down $3,000 and was in excellent condition. I bought the vehicle without taking it in to have it inspected (HUGE mistake, I know..) because today when I had it checked out, my mechanic of 30+years stated that the vehicle needed over $2,500 worth of work. Also, when I checked the Kelley blue book value online, it stated that this particular vehicle was worth $6,900...and that would be if it was in EXCELLENT condition, which is NOT the case... given the necessary 25k worth of work needed. The overall total I was charged for the vehicle was $13,500. What a rip off. \r \r I went in today to see if they would A.) allow me to return the vehicle under the ""3 day buyer remorse"" law or B.) be willing to work with me on fixing the vehicle at no additional charge to myself. The financing manager, Tyler Cassidy, told me that the 3 day ""law"" is only if the purchase is made at a residence and that Brandon Dodge is not legally responsible for any required mechanic services since THEIR own mechanic had cleared it for all safety issues. In the most ""professional"" way he could, he basically just told me over and over again that I was screwed and that he had no obligation or interest in helping me out, because he had already made HIS money.\r \r I suggest that if you DO plan on purchasing a vehicle from this horrid business, that you get the Kelley Blue book estimate value ahead of time, and I STRONGLY suggest you have the vehicle checked by a mechanic before purchasing. \r \r In my opinion, they are a dishonorable and highly unjust business with no interest in helping anyone out unless it benefits their own pockets. BUYER BEWARE! more

Bought two new cars, one 2012 Dodge 11/16/2013

This dealership has not been honest with me during and after the sale of two vehicles. They sold me a Demo vehicle without verbally telling me it was a demo vehicle during the negotiaion process. They also called me a liar and threatened to sue me when I posted a negitive review. The final straw came when I was told they would not help me with a warranty concern on my new vehicle because I posted what I felt was the truth about their duplict selling practices and poor service after the sale. I encourage you (should you have these types of experiences with Brandon Dodge on Broadway, Littleton CO.) to let the regulatory agency below know. In a review of my new vehicle purchase transaction they found a violation commited by Brandon Dodge that may be actionable. www.mv.state.co.us/dlr/dealer.html These folks sell cars everyday and have their BS well polished. I don't frequently buy new cars and am not as clever at buying a car then they are at selling them. I feel taken advantage of, if you do to, I encourage you to take action. more

BE CAREFUL!!! THESE GUYS WILL CON YOU!!!\r After THREE purchases with this dealer, we are disgusted to find out that the Finance Division is willing to blatantly lie on their contracts to make money for themselves and only themselves. Recently we traded a beautiful 2012 Dodge 2500 for a 2013 Dodge 1500. During our visit at Brandon Dodge on 09/02/2013 we originally signed our contract being promised that we had everything lined up correctly. We received a call ON 09/12/13 from Brandon Dodge asking us to come down and sign a new contract as they had found us a ""Better Deal"", so they claimed. We happily sat down to sign the paperwork and when we got to the extended warranty discussion we were told and I quote ""The bank will only do this deal if you take the warranty"". Of course it was the top of the line $4000 warranty... Our original contract did not include a warranty, however it was made clear to accept this contract we had no option but to accept the warranty with it, oh and we are not allowed to cancel the warranty- it can be transferred at time of sale.... Being that we had done business with them several times we elected to trust them. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT TERRANCE (the Finance Director) WAS LYING TO US!!! \r Recently the financing bank Partner Colorado CU called to introduce themselves to us and thank us for our business. When the banker asked us if we would like to put an extended warranty on the vehicle, you can only imagine how surprised I was to find out that the bank was not aware of the situation... \r We have spent the last two weeks trying to get Brandon Dodge to fix this unacceptable situation. They not only refuse to do anything, they actually tried to get us to purchase a more expensive vehicle by promising to make it up in the sale. Our complaint was regarding the warranty forced upon us, not my truck. As clearly we did not want the warranty and made sure to be very clear of this during the first negation as the warrenty was NOT ON THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, we decided to contact the warranty company directly to see if they would cancel the contract. In speaking with the warranty company this warranty is 100% cancelable but is at the ""Dealers Discursion and must be canceled by the dealer themselves. \r Reality to this is that BRANDON DODGE FORCED THE WARRANTY UPON US AS A BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC AND ARE 100% ELECTING TO PUT US THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE! THEY MADE THEIR MONEY AND IT'S COSTING US $4000!!!!\r I personally own an Insurance and Financial firm. I cannot believe that claims to respect their clients and truly appreciates their clients would elect to do this. This practice and this situation is unacceptable! PLEASE, PLEASE, BUYER BE WARE! We did THREE deals with this dealership. We STUPIDLY TRUSTED they were there to help us and guide us through the financing portion of this process. We have never purchased a NON-Cancelable warranty, nor have we ever re-done our financing paperwork. All of this was at the Dealers request- NOT OURS. We trusted what we were told, and well this is how Brandon Dodge feels their client's deserve to be treated...\r YOU WILL PAY A HEFTY PRICE FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION AND CALL THE BANK BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM- YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF LATER :-)\r On another note- Our Financing CU is doing everything they can to help us fix this situation- including offering for us to get out of this deal and into a better loan as an apology for the nightmare Brandon Dodge is putting us through. They too have tried to speak to Brandon Dodge and were shocked to see the way we were being treated. This CU is standing by us as their clients and I am TRULY THANKFUL to have them as our personal bankers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARTNER COLORADO CREDIT UNION!!!! They are the definition of Interiority!\r more

Our experience was fantastic. Grandpa Jack was very professional in every aspect of our car buying experience. You think when you pull up to a dealership, ok how many people are going to run towards me to try to sell me a car. What kind of gimmick or dance are we going to have to do to get a car. Everyone at Brandon Dodge were pleasant to work with. We are very happy with the service we received and we will tell friends and family to go there if they want fast and friendly service. Michael Kern and the team at Brandon were a pleasure to do business with! He and his team worked with me on a trade in and sale of a new truck, which they offered a fair price for trade and worked with me on the negotiation of the new truck. They have a seemingly endless stock of trucks, which allowed me to browse many vehicles before driving the winner and settling the bitter details of any car/truck purchase. Overall, a solid car buying experience which I would gladly recommend. Kudos. more
