My refi with Box home loans went smoothly and quickly. As you go through the process their web site shows you what information they are waiting to get from you, from third parties like appraisers, and what they need from you next. If you need to you can contact them and get a prompt response. Just make sure you have your docs ready because these folks are ready to move! more

Excellent service and quick closing - very easy process. 4/1/2012

The electronic signing of the paperwork was simple, easy and convenient. Other than that, they did all the work. My emails and phone calls were responded to promptly and they moved up my closing to accommodate my schedule. Truly a wonderful experience overall. And they have the best rates around. The whole process was very quick and smooth. It just seemed a bit weird that I never got to meet anyone face to face. It was a different way of doing things for me but it all worked out very nicely so I would recommend it as long as you were in a position where you can scan the information needed and send it to them. more

I am completely happy with my choice to use Box Home Loan to refinance my mortgage. Just like the ad says, I received a quote I couldn't resist. I wanted the lowest rate and payment I could get and got just what I wanted for a reasonable fee.I wish I would have stated here first, instead of waisting 3 weeks calling, emailing and investigating different companys.If you have great credit than working with BHL will be a breeze. They said under 21 days and that's what I got. Very satisfied customer! more

I was able to submit my documents the first night after my application. Closing was done in 3 weeks with a great rate. With the low closing costs factored in, we essentially broke even with the refinance, and started saving immediatly. more
