I've been receiving personal training and nutrition guidance from Dina at Boulder Nutrition and Exercise Services for over a year now. The atmosphere is so comfortable and welcoming and I love working out there. All of the staff are extremely friendly and Dina's super sweet and excited encouragement make all of my workouts amazing. Good nutrition habits have become pretty easy to manage after really taking a look at what I eat every day. Dina also helped me with nutrition plans while I was training for a half marathon and it was great! I went to Boulder Nutrition & Exercise Services to revamp my workout, learn more about nutrition and get back in shape. I use to feel very lethargic, and suffered from a pinched nerve in my lower back. They taught me a simple way to balance my diet so that I could maintain my energy levels throughout the day, and turned me on to a great fitness routine that I could do anywhere. The trainers there really know their stuff! Plus, they're great at keeping you motivated, while having fun along the way.
