Steve Epstein is the best. He makes you feel like your is only customer. He goes out of his way to get your business. No fed-ex papers to your job....Steve goes over ALL paper work with you at your lunch time or even comes to your home at night. He hides nothing in the numbers, makes them plain and simple when explaining them to you. He is very quick at getting a closing and will only sell you what you can afford. I call him before I even think of buying any properites to get his toughts and knowledge of what is going on in the market place. He will be HONEST and not HUSTLE you.
