Loan Officer Gartland was exceptional. He was always there to answer our questions and address our concerns, day or night or really late night. (By phone or fax or in person. My wife wanted to meet him, she says she is a good judge of character) He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. My wife and I were first time buyers and needed to be walked through the whole process. He presented us with all of our options unlike the bank we almost signed with! We were skeptical at first about using a broker, but after being referred by a friend who had gone through them for a purchase and a refinance, we thought it couldn't hurt to at least listen. In the end we were glad we went with Mr. Gartland, we have our dream house and a new mortgage broker for life!!\r
