I love going in bobcat bicycles. They are always so friendly and helpful. They worked on Many bikes that I have. It really doesn't matter what type of bike it is, expensive high-end bike or a lower level Kmart or Walmart special. they always come through. more

Bike Snobs 7/21/2008

I have a Schwinn Midtown. I was having a problem with the front derailleur. Upon seeing that my bike wasn?t an expensive one the repair guy was already acting smug. He told that the derailleur could only be adjusted and wouldn?t work perfect after the adjustment. It was working exactly the same after the ?adjustment? as when I wheeled it in to the shop. In a snobby smug way the guy told me that because it was a department store bike it couldn?t be fixed. I took my bake across town to (Bare Bikes) and they had me sorted out in half an hour with no smugness. My bike works great. more
