Blue Sky Cleaners is the best! I am so pleased with their superior customer service and free pick up and delivery service. I recently sent in my white ski jacket that had stains all over it. I am pleased to say that the jacket came back spotless! Thank you Blue Sky! Also, I no longer have to air out my clothes after being dry cleaned because Blue Sky is TOXIC FREE. I use to have to hang my clothes in the garage to air out all the toxins (PERC) before I could wear them again. Now, they are delivered right to my door step, without harmful chemicals and head right up to my closet. No more airing them out! more

Don't Go to BS Cleaners. Their owner is unreasonable and they ruin your clothes. They don't even deserve one star, but I had to mark it. We took a coat to have cleaned and asked ahead of time if they could clean it. Reply: ""No Problem"".Coat was returned with fabric defects and obvious damage from cleaning practices. The owner did not take responsibility, after we returned the coat for them to evaluate. We received a call from Jessica and the unidentified owner who was condescending and inflexible with their rhetoric, saying it wasn't their fault ""it was a manufacturer's defect, so it wasn't their responsibility"". Because the coat style is over one year old, they did not have an acceptable solution. The coat cannot be replaced, it is ruined and they seem to think it is the manufacturer's fault. This company is not environmentally friendly to humans. I find their business practices to be unacceptable, not accommodating and basically dishonest. I am happy there are other companies in Seattle that I can support, and will make sure no one I know in Seattle uses BS Cleaners ever again. more

This review is about Blue Sky Cleaners: A week before my wedding (I know I was cutting it close, but we had just moved from Denver eight days before the wedding and they promised they could get it done in time) I decided to get my wedding gown cleaned. It had a spot on the train (not really noticeable) and one wrinkle on the bodice. It had not been cleaned in the year that I owned it and after all the fittings and the move, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get it cleaned. I brought it in on a nice, pink satin hanger. When I picked up my dress three days later, the dress was dirtier then when I first brought it in! It had a large yellow stain across the breast, the bodice was COMPLETELY wrinkled, there were four more spots on the skirt and the train, the entire bottom of the dress was covered in dust and lint, the sash was dirty and discolored, they lost my satin hanger, and while looking at my dress a button fell off in my hand! Two days before my wedding, I didn't have a dress. They promised me that they would take care of it, that they were sorry and embarrassed, they assured me that it had never happened before, etc. I had no choice but to leave the dress with them so that they could re-clean it and they promised to have it delivered to the hotel where we were staying (the Sorrento). The dress made it to the hotel completely cleaned and pressed, but without the hanger. (The hanger was important because my bridesmaids had ivory hangers and it would have made a great picture). When I called Blue Sky about my hanger, they insisted that they had 2 witnesses that swore I never brought the dress in on a pink satin hanger. Three weeks later they found the hanger that they insisted I was lying about, very unprofessional. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM TO CLEAN YOUR WEDDING GOWN. Cons: poor customer service, unprofessional more
