We as many of you were flooded during the recent storm, we contacted Blanton's Heating and A/C and they were able to schedule us for rapid service. The service tech that came to our home (Rich W.) was a very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He checked out our system and all the return and feed lines under the house, and discovered what we expected, all the lines were full of water, he quickly organized the proper team and materials to completely repair the entire system, the work was perfect and they displayed such professionalism throughout the entire process, down to every last detail, to include making sure he put on protective footwear every time he entered our home, he informed us on every aspect of the job and kept us up to date on the process. We really appreciate the hard work they accomplished and in just one day they had our system completely repaired and serviced, they also made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and double checked behind themselves.
