Our current units are about 5 years old. This was the second service. Blanton Heating and A/C was recommended to me by a friend. Ryan the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. We discovered that a capacitor in the heat pump and gas pack were not up to par. Ryan serviced all areas needed. He then explained the service contracts and different products available for our home. Even if we chose to not get a service contract, I would still call Blanton's Heating and A/C. I felt that we were as important to them as a customer.
