Very knowlegeable people. John K (service tech) was very thorough and congenial. The girls in the office are pleasing to work with for appointments and whatever needs attention. I'm glad I went with Blanton's. more

Semi-annual check-up 4/1/2014

Matt showed up on time to perform our system check. He was courteous and took care to protect our house and property. From the folks in the office, to the tech that comes to the house, we always have a pleasant experience while dealing with Blanton's and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. more

service and installation 3/21/2014

Routine maintenance on air/heating is always a professional manner Jon always cleans up afterwards. When Stephen and David Emke came to install my new PureAir system they explain everything and answered all my questions. They seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up after themselves, I was very pleased with the job they all done and I would hesitate to use anyone of them again. more

Outstanding Service Experience! 10/12/2013

Every aspect of the service call from scheduling the appointment to fixing our unit was a pleasant experience. Both Lori and Jon were professional and super nice! Because our unit was in the attic, Jon took photos and explained each aspect of the problem as well as the necessary steps to resolve the issue simply. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience!!! more

Semi-annual service check-up 9/26/2013

Tonya, in customer service, was so helpful when this account was first set-up and continues to be a very pleasant person to deal with when communicating with the office. Matt has checked our system twice so far and has been polite, caring of our property and thorough in making sure that the system is working properly. I'm glad that we went with Blanton's for a service contract. more
