I have been working with Bonnie Schwartz for many years, but her service has rapidly nosedived since she parted ways with Allstate. She doesn't return phone calls, you have to ask for things many many times and, worst for ME, at least, her referrals border on criminal. I asked Bonnie for a recommendation on a Mortgage Re-negotiator and she referred me to Allstate Title (supposedly not affiliated with Allstate) Over the past year, I asked her repeatedly if they were reliable since they didn't return calls too quickly. She said they didn't return calls, but otherwise, they were fine. TWO WEEKS AGO THEY WENT BANKRUPT AND 30 TO 40 PEOPLE, INCLUDING ME, ARE ON THE VERGE OF EVICTION.
