well I called my dental office because i was in pain. thats usually what gets people in there and we only have ourself to blame for putting our teeth on a waiting list. they took me in right away and my doctor was very patient. thanks ladies. more

Be aware 4/24/2010

Like so many of you I looked for a dentist by relying on internet reviews. I got a weird vibe from the dentist after an ortho consultation. After going there for almost a year, I have decided they are not honest about what procedures you need and will try to nickle and dime you to death. My guess is they are hurting because of the economy. Shortly after beginning my treatment one of the ASSISTANTS ASKED ME TO WRITE A REVIEW about the place if I was happy, and escorted me to a computer on the side room. I never actually wrote one, but you may have an explanation for why the reviews of this place may be so high. A lot of these people may have written reviews while waiting for their appointments... Pros: Great reminders for appointments Cons: ask people to write review during appointments & $$ hungry more

I've been going to Big Smile for a while now..... The people there are great!!!! Very friendly and inviting,the Dr. and assistant really educated me. Highly recommend! Pros: excellent dental work!!! more

Had the teeth whitening done, staff was friendly, good results. Would go back for the same thing and recommend to others. Pros: friendly staff and appointment reminders via email and text Cons: Had to reschedule because of paperwork error more

Very good dental practice. 4/15/2010

Big smile dental was a very professional and patient friendly environment. Im usually very skeptical and picky about things but I was right on the money with this practice. I was greeted by mostly everyone there and the staff is all smiles. (no pun intended) I would definitely recommend them if your trying to get work done. I had fell and injured my front tooth and went in to get it checked and I came out feeling brand new. So for those of you skeptics like me get over it because big smile dental is the place to be. Pros: Awesome and Excellent service Cons: None. more
