While the staff is friendly and ""nice"" the policies they have are outrageous and predatory and their prices are ridiculously high. They pre-charge for work assuming all people ...

The receptionist that welcomed me was very friendly. then My assistant Edi made sure i was comfortable & kept me entertained watching tv while she carefully worked. I had so many questions but they were all answered when i was close to finishing without me even asking!! she must of read my mind ja ja! thanx ladies Cons: parking more

i recently went to big smile dental after having a tooth ache lets just say that when i left i was feeling good, the employees made me feel as if i was special, and they answerd all of my questions without hesitation. i recomend big smile dental for everyone. Pros: makes you feel care for more

last minute visit 5/20/2010

so aside from the many things goin on in my mouth that need fixing, my front tooth in particular had been bugging me for 2 days. so i decided to call last minute to big smile dental & thank-fully, they fit me right in their schedule & took care of me. thanks Big smile. more

Gentelist Hygenist in town 5/14/2010

Veronica, the Friday and sometimes Saturday hygenist at Big Smile is not to be missed. I told her I was sensitive and her care and concern was incredible! I was late, very late, to my appt and she was not shaken. Her cleaning was gentle,she is kind and friendly, and she explains everything she is doing so you understand. This girl does not make you feel rushed in the least. She listens and does the right thing! 6 stars for Veronica! Pros: so nice and sweet Cons: parking more

I had excellent service, and enjoyed my visit very much. The staff helped me with everything I needed assistance with. I felt very comfortable and did not have to wait long to be attended. I would recommend this dental practice to others for fast efficient and well service. Pros: nice environment more

i was looking for an inexpensive dental office and came across big smile... can i tell u that with a buck you can get a detailed exam!!! i was pleased with the office,doctors and staff... i will come in every six months for my cleaning!!!!!! Pros: $1 exam more

I have had a wonderful experience both times I have went to Big Smile Dental! Dr. Siegel and his staff are amazing and truly helpful. They were more then willing to answer any of my questions and have numerous dental procedures available in case I would ever want any. I decided I wanted to get my teeth whitened and it was a great decision! my teeth are now 6 shades whiter and they were not even bad to begin with :) the procedure was painless and they made my experiecne very comfortable, especially with the massage chair and TV. I called 800-dentist three years unsure and scared to see a dentist since I hadn't since a dentist in five years. They referred me to Big Smile Dentist. The moment I walked in I knew I was going to be a changed man. The office was so clean and had up to date equipment. Now after three years and 5,000 dollars later it was well worth it. Keep up the good work Rosa. Dr. Siegal I don't know what else to say but you do excellent work. I can see that you and your staff takes pride in their work. Pros: The entire staff is wonderful more
