ac service 5/19/2017

Skip arrived on time and was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he did and needs to be done. He treated us with respect and did not pressure us to purchase the most expensive ac unit. We will contact him when we decide which unit we will purchase and set a time for installation. more

Mike was absolutely wonderful, he stood by his work and his company. I think the thing that made me most comfortable was the marked vans and sending a picture of the technician before he arrived. It lets me know who is coming and a small bio about him. I think Best is the greatest company in Southwest Florida and no one can beat them. more

best home services 5/16/2017

Great Tech. I will kick myself for not doing it myself but taking a sledge hammer to the exterior of my house made me nervous. It was an easy job but he knew what he was doing. Wife is happy, she has water now. more

I have a few friends that use your service and they have always been happy with the results. You guys have a great company and a wonderful staff but at this time we do not have the finances to go with the repairs that were recommended we do know they need to get done but since we are on a fixed income we need to wait a few weeks. We will be following up with Mike to do the repair in two weeks thank you again more

Joshua was excellent 5/15/2017

I am purchasing a town home in estero, and needed the AC inspected before I made purchase. Joshua provided me with in depth thorough information, with easy options to choose how to deal with them, however I wanted with no high pressure sales tactics like another Yellow Van company - not to mention names( big polar bear logo) - that tried to scare me into new unit! Thank you Joshua B more
