I am purchasing a town home in estero, and needed the AC inspected before I made purchase.
Joshua provided me with in depth thorough information, with easy options to choose how to deal with them, however I wanted with no high pressure sales tactics like another Yellow Van company - not to mention names( big polar bear logo) - that tried to scare me into new unit!
Thank you Joshua B
