Saturday service call 5/27/2017

My air conditioning unit stopped working. I wanted to find a reputable company. Now I had no choice but to call a company. I called Best Home Service. The girl on the phone was very friendly. I had Joshua as my service. No high volume sales to add on to my issues. He worked with pride on my unit. Like he was fixing a relative's air conditioner unit. He talked about every step he would be servicing my unit. I would highly recommend Best Home Service. I know I did not get taken advantage of. Joshua, again thank you for your hard work. I appreciate your expertise. more

Fast response. 5/25/2017

My AC went out the other day. Called best and they had a guy here within 1 hour and he had the problem diagnosed in less than 30 min. After it was fixed he made sure everything else was still in good operating condition. I'm happy I called, but I wish I would have called weeks ago, so I wouldn't have had a service call today. more

Alex did a fantastic job. Showed me correction that needed to be fix with multiple options. Work was done the same day. Explaining all work before and after job was complete. Very happy with Best Home Services. more

First time Caller 5/24/2017

Needed a 2nd opinion after another AC company said my newly purchased home, had to have all the duct work and unit replaced. I received a in-depth thorough evaluation of the current conditions my whole entire air-conditioner system, and the whole entire duct system. The duct system was shown to me by photos on his iPad. He also explained the age of the unit and the indoor air quality issues with the biological growth he showed me as well. I am confident now from Josh was thorough a valuation of the duck system and the drawings that he made of the duck system that helps explain where each thing came out in my home compared to the photos that he showed me. Excellent compete work. I'm confident in using best home services after seeing all that I received on a $19 service call. I really feel as though Joshua is genuine and very knowledgeable in the air conditioning trade. Also I am super excited to hear that they do plumbing and electric. we will be doing business here soon! more

AC Service 5/23/2017

Skip came to do a routine maintenanace job.. While he was here, he pointed out all of the issues that were not correctable with the unit. His knowledge coupled with the visible damage helped us to decide to buy a new unit. more
